It's been a long, cold winter... The last few survivors are almost out of everything. Food... Fuel... Hope. They've managed to establish a holdout, one final line of defense. A large school converted into a fortress, with a makeshift wall, 10ft high, made of sheet metal and plywood thrown up around it. The survivors even threw together a simple platform behind the front gate to serve as makeshift ramparts. The fort's held for this long, but... this could be the last stand. They've been found.

The survivors hear a warning go up from the main gate and rush to take up position. Ten figures shamble into view. All of them have purple flesh and glowing red eyes.

- A woman in leather armor with a longbow and a large claymore strapped to her back.
- A man in extremely heavy armor, with a massive beardstache.
- A FUCKING BEAR.
- An inexperienced soldier in crimson armor.
- A maid with red eyes.
- An old man with a staff.
- A teenage girl wearing a military uniform and glasses, carrying a laser pistol.
- A man in a jumpsuit carrying a shotgun and a wrench.
- An archer in a green cloak.
- A shirtless monk. He seems to be laughing with his hands on his hips.

They need to defend the gates. They have to hold.
(Characters can choose whether to start in front of the gate or on the ramparts behind it)

Alright, Stormbringer should cause automatic rain. Rain strengthens all water based attacks and weakens all fire based attacks. With the rain active, Lord of the Sea should be in effect, doubling Levi's damage output passively. Let's use Triple Cast then. Soak, Torrent, and Storm Breath. Soak makes an opponent weak to electrical attacks, Storm Breath deals electrical damage to all enemies by breathing out lightning, and Torrent deals water damage to all enemies. It's up to you what the result of that spell combination turns out to be. Also keep in mind that water damage gains a passive boost from Rising Tide.

(Do they count as Bosses or just enhanced enemies?)

First, use Trap Cards. This sets cards out all over the battlefield, and if any enemy steps on a card (which is a given if they move at all, the cards go everywhere) they suffer a random debuff. Afterwards use Group Reading to either grant a random buff the whole party or inflict a random debuff on all enemies.

Tai can shot Angry Boo Buddies. Neat

Tai focuses on the military lady.  He can feel her fighting against his control as if she's dealt with this before, but he manages to overwhelm her.  And immediately regrets the decision.  How can any living human possibly be this weak!?  Tai struggles just to lift her gun, and aiming it straight's next to impossible.  Fortunately, he doesn't have to deal with it for long.

Gugu sets up some cannons.  Mog scatters some cards around the battlefield.  He does a reading, and the party feels their ailment resistance increase.  Bowser calls in some airships and jumps on the rampart, making himself a huge target.  Levi rears back and begins charging a powerful spell.

The archers both fire at Bowser.  One of their arrows doesn't even leave a scratch.  The arrow from the lady with the claymore seems somehow SUPER EFFECTIVE against him, and deals a bit of damage.  The guy with the shotgun fires wildly at the group, yelling something about damn monsters.  The medicar takes a scratch, but most of the pellets bounce harmlessly off the gate.  The maid produces a knife and throws it at Mog.  It swooshes past his ear.  The monk makes a fist and yells "KIKOOOUUUKEN! HWATCHA!"  He punches the air and sends a shockwave at Levi.  It's not particularly strong.

Levi unleashes a ball of water.  It bursts over the enemy group and coats them with water, seeming to linger for a moment before a lightning bolt strikes it and carries through the group.  Several of them are defeated immediately.  Tai is forcefully ejected back to his own body.  Most of the remaining Risen are defeated as the explosive volley from Bowser's airships impacts and the podoboo cannons fire.

The only one still left is the FUCKING BEAR.  Bowser shoots bob-ombs at the thing as it roars and begins charging the gate, heedless of all the traps and explosives.  The bear bats most of the bob-ombs away, then grabs one and chucks it back at Bowser.  It explodes and deals a bit of damage to the gate, as well as Bowser.

Several more figures are appearing on the horizon.  Dozens of them.  A huge army is gathering.  Most of them remain well back.  Golden rings appear as 10 more of them teleport into the fight:

- A ninja lady with a deer-shaped mask.
- A half-naked half-demon lady with a wing and a flaming claw-hand.
- A woman in white-and-gold armor with a large axe and a staff; black marks are constantly shifting around her body.
- An old man in an astronaut suit carrying a shotgun and crazily ranting about his granddaughter.
- A wolf laguz with a healing staff.
- A lance-wielding woman in golden pegasus knight armor... riding a manticore.
- A man in a tuxedo, cape, and tophat; flames are surrounding him.
- A man in a jumpsuit with a hardhat, crackling with electricity.
- A pair of white-haired women.  One has particularly poofy hair and is wearing a leotard; wings pop out of her back and she hovers in place.  The other is holding a thick book; she seems to be manipulating the rain to keep it dry.
