Okay... could I want to invest in a lighter armor class,
Possibly a small concealable fire arm and ammo (For emergencies, of course), some medical kits...
a lighter weapon, like a short sword or combat knife/dagger as well.
Any other suggestions? Not really sure what I can get with the amount of money I have...

I have a baseball bat wrapped in Barb Wired named Lucille (Walking Dead reference FTW) that I will use to bash people's head in.
Oh and Crow I want a deck of cards (Yu Gi oh, pokemon, bicycles) so I can chAllende people or demons to a duel and take there souls when I win.
Oh and maybe some exercise equipment (stationary bike, a press bench and a couple of dumbbells)
Oh and a portable walk around Radio. (Pretty sure those things are cheap)
And a cell phone aND a pet Crow and a baseball cap. I think that's all

There's no way I'm going to make him much of a physical powerhouse or a tank without taking from his INT and POW (which would defeat the purpose of having him designed to be a magic user), and while unless SIZ is relative to other people of their same age having him not be the smallest character when he's a kid and generally has to scrounge or steal for food is a bit strange, but if it means he's not absurdly frail and as weak as a pixie then that's good.

...Yeah, I think I'm just gonna take you up on your offer in post five since this part in particular keeps activating my emergency procrastination response ("that's a lot of work, I'll do it later") and if I don't I may never end up actually doing this. Some things outside of his job skills that would be a good fit are Fast Talk, Survival, Sleight of Hand, Spot Hidden, and a very small amount of points in Occult which come from the book he has. I'd also like to take 19 points OUT of Drive Car if possible as there's no way he would know how to drive if he's only 14 and has been a homeless orphan since he was 7.

Looks fine to me. Since Drive Car is still at 20 I assume skills can't be lowered below base value so as to prevent minmaxing?

Pretty much. And because stats are set at values of "a person without any real training would have this sort of odds of being able to do it." And driving a car's not exactly rocket science. Unless he, like, doesn't even watch movies or TV or go outside or something.
