Clyde, Snorx, Vereor, and Charcoal all enter the mysterious ruins that were opened up by Crabominable's punch. The walls are covered in ancient, glowing markings. The party advances onward, further into the ruins. They pass by more strange symbols until eventually coming across what looks like two Shadow Kadabra. They both notice you and begin to approach, ready to battle.

Vereor: "Psychic Pokemon? I got this!"
Snorx: "Careful... Enemy powerful..."
Vereor will use Astonish on on of the Kadabra. Snorx will use Chip Away on it right after Vereor hits it.

Both Vereor and Clyde disappear before reappearing behind the Kadabras and attacking them. Snorx and Charcoal them move in to attack with Snorx attacking with Chip Away and Charcoal breathing out an explosive, blue ball of flames at the other Kadabra. Both enemies are taken down without a problem.
Clyde reaches level 16!
Clyde can learn Payback, but must forget a move.
Charcoal reaches level 18!
Vereor reaches level 17!
The party then continues onwards through the ruins, seeing many strange writings all over the walls. Murals of ancient Pokemon are in here as well...

Clyde freaks out at the murals. "T-Those Pokémon aren't HERE, are they?! I wanna keep moving already..."

Vereor checks the murals carefully. There are many legendary Pokemon on them. It seems to record ancient battles the legendaries have had in the past. However, she also sees something toward the end of the murals. It looks like a meteor falling from the sky with Rayquaza flying toward it. Hm...what could that mean...?

You continue downward to the next floor.
As you walk through the darkness, you hear shaking. It must be that shadow Pokemon from earlier! You run through and find at the end of the ruins cave, there's the Crabominable and Skiddo from before. It has Skiddo backed into a corner...
Without wasting any time, you head into battle, prepared to fight off the enemy.
