(Something I've wanted to do for sometime but wasn't entirely sure how to go about it.))
Everything is so... empty. The world. The arc... You. You feel alone, abandoned. Dead. The earth below you, drowning in fire. Humanity has left you alone, drifting among the distant stars. It almost feels easier to go back to sleep. Back into stasis, never to see or hear again. Just frozen until the end of time.
And yet... somehow, you feel a tinge of hope. A moment of truth. Things don't have to be this way. Alone doesn't mean forever.
Distance... Distance is finite. This arc can sail among the stars. You have not changed... you are still Human.
But you know not where humanity has gone. You know their first stop was supposed to be Phi Alpha. A star almost 200 AU away. Maybe... Except you don't know how long you've been asleep or what you have.
Choices:
Alpha: Inspect priority functions and make repairs, you can't have anything breaking down.
Beta: Search the arc and take note of your resources and capabilities.
Gamma: Take care of yourself first. Start making plans on how you'll live long enough to find humanity.
Delta: Wander through the ship until you can decide what to do.

Alpha sounds like the best course of action for now.

I feel like the first three must all be done, but Alpha seems the most urgent.

((If you guys have never played soma, that soundtrack is actually called ARK. That and it's hopeful but sad tones made it an excellent opening theme. Humanity made.))
Entering the database you find a Schematic of the Arc. It has many areas highlighted in red, but the only areas you care about are the important ones. The hydroponics, the stasis bay, the reactor/engines and Life Support. The only areas with any real damage where the reactor core and Hydroponics. Everything didn't have to be in perfect order since only one person was living aboard this arc.
As you walk down the corridors, the lights where often dim, bathing everything in a weak light. The walls grimy with dust and decay making you feel as if it where something long dead. Your feet sound so loud against the steel grating, It often groaned in protest against your weight.
You make it to the reactor. It's strange hum sounding through the empty room. Equipment lays scattered on the ground, and you even think you spot a few bones among them. As you enter one of the displays you find that the reactor core is out of alignment and has shut down from a multitude of miss fires. The only for the reactor to start was for the core to fire a blast of hydrogen atoms into the particle accelerator, causing a small nuclear fusion. The reaction could be sustained as long as it was continuously fed the right amount of Deuterium, would could be easily harvested in space...
You have two options to realign the core.
Alpha: Don protective gear and realign the core yourself.
Beta: Realign the core using a controlled robot.

Beta sounds safer.

Custom: Investigate the robots first. If there's one in perfect condition, go with Beta. If they all are in bad condition somehow, go with Alpha.

Deciding that a robot is safer, you head for the equipment bay. Checking in the equipment bay nearby, you find a few robots. Most of them are in good condition, but have a layer of dust over them. Quickly grabbing the nearest set of controls, you start up the robot, which unfolds itself into an inhuman, metallic shape. It stands at about 3/4 of your height and has a single "eye" so you can see what you are doing.. you are about to close the bay when you think of something, you run back in and grab a flashlight, battery charger, and other miscellaneous tools and store them in your person.
Moving the robot out with the controls, you start the reactor opening the reactor radiation shielding and stand behind the radiation buffer, a shield lined with lead so that radiation from the Reactor core doesn't harm you. Pushing the robot on, you get to work. The robot, of course, is a bit clumsy, bit with a little of maneuvering you get it in and begin to adjust the reactor core.
While you work, memories flood your mind, you remember what happened here, in this room...
Your heart sinks as you remember. The solar flares, the sun had become unstable, and it's flames had Scorned the surface of the earth. You had been the head engineer aboard this Arc, but the many parts of the craft had been broken when it came time to leave. It only made sense, since your arc was the last put together, and it was done in a hurry. You remember the engineers working on wiring and multiple other issues, many of which keeping the engines from running. You had looked at the display and found the core out of alignment and misfiring. Much like it was now. With no time to do much you had donned a suit and entered the core yourself, but as you had attempted to realign it, something hit the arc, a violent solar flare. The radiation had passed through the ship, and the solar winds that came with it had thrown the arc around, Everyone had died...
You had survived by pure luck alone. You happened t be in right place at the wrong time, Protected from the radiation and with enough padding to keep you alive after being thrown about. You remember slinking off to the medical bay, trying not to look at all the bodies...
The reactor core slips into place, it's not perfect, but it will have to do for now. You fire the core, and lights turn on everywhere. You can hear the humming of the core. At some point, you will have to harvest more fuel, but the fuel you have will do for quite some time.
Alpha: You need to hurry, head to the hydroponics section next.
Beta: You should check the display again, making sure nothing else needs fixed first.
Gamma: It can't hurt to double check your work.

Beta kinda includes Gamma.
My vote goes to Beta. We should make sure everything is fine before doing anything.

Looking over what you've done, you find that you can't do much more here. You double check the display one last time but it seems as if no new problems have popped up.
You head to the hydroponics bay next, your feet carrying you there as if they themselves remember the way. You ignore the strange noises and sights of the empty arc, knowing that it will only bring about strange emotions.
As you enter the hydroponics bay, you find that everything is barren. Every bit of life dead... You don't really know why you had expected much else, to be honest. You know that their where emergency supplies to start a fresh batch of crops in the Cargo bay but you might find some around here as well.
Alpha: Search the hydroponics area first.
Beta: Head to the cargo bay right away.

Beta first. Even if we find some, we need to plant more.
