Rules
1: The PoF can only be used in major battles, and only once per fight. Time it wisely!
2: The PoF's strength is determined by how many allies and other users (assists and characters in your sphere don't count, that would be too easy) you can get to help you charge it. Use it on your own and you're probably better off doing anything else. One or two allies and you'll do some decent damage. A large group (such as the kind of group we'll probably have by the final boss) and you've got one hell of a force to be reckoned with that can take a large chunk out of just about anything's health bar.
Rule change!
Once per battle you can impose a rule, (must not be blatantly in your favor such as "no attacking heroes" or "no being evil") and any combatants who fail to follow the rule will take damage as a punishment. The rule is clearly stated for all relevant parties to see. Think of it like a modified version of the law system from Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, if you will.
