"Also you have to realize this place is probably full of these guys scouting who know the area waaaay better than we do so I don't know if just my talking with them will do much for your sneaking mission...plus there are other potential hostile fauna and predators in the area so you guys will have to be careful"
"Also not sure about leading them back to our ship. They could pick it apart and leave us stranded or commandeer it for themselves...we don't know of their capabilities yet...but if it comes to that then maybe I could use it to help?"
"I could make up a half truth that I somehow ended up in a situation with a group of pirates and got into a fight with a huge monster kraken during our storm and managed to fend it off but were sent off in different directions! I took the ship and managed to haphazardly guide it here and how Reese here was the only survivor...then if we somehow meet up later I could act surprised that you guys somehow ended up here..?
"Although I don't want to steer things to make them think you are hostile...or if they even liked the Kraken...maybe I could say it another way... "
(Aven leans back with a smirk)
"Then again this is all based on random guessing on the demeanor of these people...and things probably aren't going to go as planned anyway so I think I am just gonna wing it!"

(Aven then proceeds to rub some sand, dirt, mud, and sea water on to himself and Reese)
"Dunno if you want to as well since you are heading more stealth and they may get a hold of your scent...maybe something from around there if it will help you two mix in with the surroundings a bit?"

"Yay! It's the soup guy! Okay, Joey. I'm going to make deals with other shops! Buy an item here, get an item the're percents off! Yeah! Let's go around to all the shops and do that!"
Aven heads off to the village, dragging Reese with him. As he approaches from the beach, the Verians at the dock look over at him. He notices that their clothes are somewhat...tribal? Most of them don't seem to wear much. He gets closer to the town and sees that there's a large, red crystal in the center. It looks just like the blue crystal in Terran. He's approached by one of the Verians. "Welcome, friend! It looks like you had a rough trip here. Why are you carrying some sort of small Goblin with you?" They must not know what Chibi Goblins are.
Salty and Malik sneak through the bushes, looking out at the Verians as they go. It seems a majority of them are cat like and they wear clothes that show most of their upper body. There are cats, lions, and tigers, but Malik can't seem to find anything else. They sneak around the edge of the village in the bushes before noticing Aven talking to one of the local lions.

Its just been a...bit of a crazy time for me lately! I ended up with a group out at sea and we were attacked...
...by a ferocious monster...The Kraken...
I helped them fight The Kraken and we managed to beat it, but me and Reese here got swept away and ended up here! I don't know what happened to the others or if they even know where we are!
It has been tough...and Reese here is a bit..."indisposed" as you can see between the ordeal and what we had to survive with on hand. She had my back when that monster attacked, and I couldn't just leave her alone out there..so...here we are!"

Sylvia: "I can't complain either. I've been thinking I might want to buy a new spell soon. I can afford most of the stronger ones now, but I decided to wait until after this mission so I can have a little bit extra left over."
Lupis: "That reminds me, didn't Mom and Dad say something about opening a shop in the next couple of days? Something about strange versions of fruits and vegetables that can make people stronger."
