Aven heads back into the main room with Reese, meeting with the Elder Lion and Ryze. "We must hurry. I fear something horrible may happen if we don't." The group of four run out of the house and head off to the Jungle Path. As they walk along, Ryze and the Elder Lion look around, on guard. About halfway through the jungle, they're surrounded on both sides by Verians. They look like they came from the village. two of them have bows and the other two are using lances. "What is the meaning of this?"
"Friends, why do you attack us? It is me, Ryze. That one is father. These ones are friends!"
"You speak lies! Do no talking! Grand Tiger is true land ruler!"
"Grand Tiger!? That group was wiped out years ago!"
"You bad leader! Only badness with you! Grand Tiger know better!"
"You are not real friends. Fake friends must pay! Help fight, Aven! This Grand Tiger very bad!" Ryze takes out a lance and prepares to fight as the Elder Lion holds his staff, ready to help.
"You now what sales are, Treblig! Buy a Potion, get a dinosaur ninety five percent off! Now I can have a pet spiky tail!"
"No, I can handle this." Vince tosses the three meats off next to the Cactuars as they all stare at them a moment. The Cactuars slowly walk over to the meat and begin to poke it curiously, leaving their shiny object unguarded as Vince flies in, grabbing it. Once he returns, he shows the object to Azure. It looks like a Thermos.
Malik, Salty, Phoenix, Sky, and Kick all wake up, tied up in some sort of dungeon. One of the Verian guards looks at them. "You awake. Execution soon. Celebration for Grand Tiger as well."
Lupis and Sylvia wake up at the inn in the village. A Verian woman running at the inn notices them waking up. "Good! You awake now!" The two are no longer tied up. "I find you knocked out on beach. I come back from hunting and you look like you have long fight. I take you here to rest until feeling better."

Well, looks like it's up to Aven to save the others since Lupis and Sylvia apparently aren't even on the island.
Edit: Actually, I'm not particularly sure. By village, do you mean that they somehow ended up back at Terran, or (much more likely) am I being an idiot and you mean the village we landed on the island at?

Kick: "...This is my fault, everyone. I failed to take the initiative back then. Well, no more."
Kick will shake his head vigorously and then talk to Kepi.
"Kepi, we need your help. Look around the environment, and tell us if you see anything noteworthy."
Kick will then lean towards everyone and whisper.
(Everyone, I'm going to burn off my ropes. Phoenix, you could do that as well, or you could leave your Magigen form to assist us a lot right now. I'll wait for Kepi to return before moving.)
Azure: "Uhh, what is this supposed to be? It looks like a bad job..."
Reese: "Yall suck!"
Reese will use Critical Increase, then use her shield to block attacks directed towards herself or her allies.

(It would seem this "Grand Tiger" is surprising to them...subduing these guys for now for potential interrogation may prove useful
...besides...if they don't want to listen...)

>Aven tells Reese and Ryze to position themselves to better cover Elder. Aven will then work in conjunction with Ryze to Lightning Fuse-Double Attack one of the lancers. If Reese uses that water aoe that could also help

Aven fuses an Electro Shock into his sword as he slashes at both of the lancers. His magic and swordsman skills seem to overpower them greatly and he somehow kills them. Reese jumps in front of the Elder Lion, blocking the arrows shot from the archers. Ryze then tosses out a strange powder over the archers as they collapse on the ground, asleep. He then looks over at the dead lancers. "It is sad. Friends become bad friends become dead friends. No time for sadness now. Sadness later. Now there is danger."
"You are right. If the Grand Tiger is trying to gain back power, we don't have much time. I need to get to the Twin Lions, but the village also needs protection. I just don't know what to do though...Aven. What do you think? Will you take me to the Twin Lions or do we need to hurry back to the village?"
"Knock out? You have hard time with bad guys that knock out? That strange. We at peace for long time. No bad guys since Grand Tiger gone. Wait, you say Grand Tiger back!? This very bad. Grand Tiger brings much badness. He has hungriness for power. If he is not stopping, we have trouble." It's then the three Verians hear a crash upstairs as two Verians holding knives approach.
"Koren bad. You stay in way of Grand Tiger. That is not liking."
"Friends are liars! You not real friends!"
"You not understanding. Grand Tiger brings greatness to land. Lion brings badness. Lions must go. Lions try be friend with monster. Lions bring badness."
"Twin Lions are friends! They bring protectiveness! Grand Tiger is power eating badness!"
"You still no understanding. Too much stupid. Die, stupid!" The Verians take a battle position.
Kepi jumps down from Kick's head and blobs around as Kick and Phoenix burn off everyone's ropes. Sky looks around. "Where are we? Are the others trapped here too?" Salty looks out the jail bars angrily.
"YAR! I'm gonna gut ye like the slippery fish ye are! Ye hear me!?"
Phoenix shakes his head and looks around. "These stone walls will resist our magic pretty well. I don't think I could blast through them. In fact, I think we're underground. There aren't any windows." Phoenix nods toward the single candle lighting the jail room. Meanwhile, Kepi runs around before slipping through the jail bars and running down the hall.
"So how do we decide who keeps it?"
