Do my characters have their weapons? If so, Lupis and Sylvia will get into a battle stance in front of Koren, ready to protect her. If not, Sylvia will try to cast Electro Shock unarmed on one of the two attackers while Lupis gets into an unarmed fighting stance.

Lupis and Sylvia draw their weapons, ready to protect Koren. The two charge forward as Lupis parries one of the knives, knocking the wielder out with a bash on the head and Koren shoots the other Verian's knife out of their hand. Sylvia then knocks out the last Verian with a sound smack in the head. "This is much badness. Village in danger. Grand Tiger taking over. Please do helping with me. Friends are in danger. Family are in danger." Koren runs outside as she motions for Lupis and Sylvia to follow.

Kick will take the candle off the wall, Fuse Fireball into it, and throw it through the cell bars.
Oh, I thought Azure and her party literally got an ERROR PLEASE WAIT WHILE WE PROCESS YOUR REQUEST. Greatest item in the game?
Azure: "Well, this is probably my husband's ordered Thermos. Vince, since you used your meat to put the Cactuars to sleep, you should have this.
We still haven't found the coffee carrier yet..."

Kick throws the candle as it hits the bars and falls to the ground, extinguished. "It's dark..."
"Don't worry, I got it." Phoenix glows with a red light, making it so the group can see again. Kepi comes running back into the room and spits out a Slimey Key! Ewww...
The group of three continue along the desert road as Keth drags a knocked out Cactuar with him. They eventually reach a destroyed delivery cart. Various coffee beans are strewn about in large sacks. One of them are torn. It smells very sweet. The group looks around for the carrier of the goods, but sadly find nobody. "It looks like a monster got to him. One with a sweet tooth. Well, we can salvage the delivery of the non sweet coffee."g

Kick: "Clearly my physical prowess is not present at the moment... Kepi, thanks for this."
Kick will scoop up Kepi in his hat again.
"Prepare yourselves, everybody."
Kick will attempt to find a lock and use the Slimey Key on it.
Azure: "Well, if the carrier's not here, then there's nothing else we can do for him. Let's take the coffee beans back."
Azure will carry as many sacks of coffee beans as she can.

Lupis and Sylvia run outside to find the village has been plunged into chaos. Many of the Verians are fighting each other and the large house has been set on fire. "Why are friends helping Grand Tiger? Grand Tiger lost long time ago!" Koren looks around and then looks at Lupis. "Battle tigers. Stop badness." She then takes out her bow and shoots an arrow at one of the tiger Verians. Two sword using tiger Verians approach from behind and two knife users from the front. "I handle knife. You handle sword."
Ryze leads the group out of the jungle and they are soon running across the Sacred Plains. "Back when the Twin Lions were first communicated with, the Verians of this island split into two groups. There were the Elder Lions and the Grand Tigers. While one sought to live peacefully with the Twin Lions, the other wanted to become powerful and hunt the Twin Lions to steal their power." The Elder Lion begins to breathe heavily.
"No more talking, father. You are sick. I can tell story. Elder Lions search happiness and Grand Tigers search badness. Grand Tigers hunt other races and all monsters. Elder Lions try to make friends. Grand Tigers have much hung times for power. They do anything for power. Even kill friends. They stop long time though. When Lance visit, he save village from Grand Tiger. He stop them, but they come back somehow." The four are stopped as two sword users stand in front of them. Two archers come running in from behind as well.

Reese will use Wave Slash on the archers from behind, staying close to Elder to shield attacks towards him.

Kick manages to open the cell door as he scoops up Kepi. The captives then start to run out as two guards come running in. "Slime steal key! Slime open door!" They both hold their lances, ready to fight.
(By the way, Malik is with Kick. I think I forgot to say that.)
Azure and Vince begin to gather up bags of coffee beans as Keth watches over his Cactuar. It's then the sand beneath Azure and Vince's feet begin to shuffle around. "Look out!" Vince grabs Azure and starts to fly off with his wings as a an Antlion comes up out of the ground. It smacks Vince down from the sky as he and Azure crash into the ground. "An Antlion? I should have known. Ngh, that thing hurt me pretty badly."
"Whoa! That's one big bug!"

Kick: "Step aside!"
Kick will fire two Water Blasts at both of the guards.
Azure: "We need you here, Vince!"
Azure will hand Vince her Potion, then go for a Double Attack on the Antlion.

Malik will wait for the two guards to be hit by the water blasts, then once they are destabilised by them, finish them out with the dagger:
"Being peaceful didn't work... You gave me no choice!
Are you okay Kick?"

Lupis Double Attacks one of the sword users with his Fang Lance (at this point there's no reason not to use lethal force, especially since they kidnapped his friends) while Sylvia Electro Shocks the other one.
