Take out Cyborg, have him download the phone's data. Not only will Anubis be able to contact us, but Cyborg will also have his GPS data to locate him.
"Yes, that will do, just give it to Cyborg over there. After we help you find the Wolf Queen, if I ever need help, I'll send Cyborg to pick you up. Is that a deal?"

Get out of the church, reunite with Spooky, Boom Tube to Dark Crypt, get France inside the orb, reset orb, let Anubis lead the way to the Wolf Queen when he's ready.
