(But Metaknight is your friend I know Meta makes things not as fun otherwise Rosalina would have been at the Floating Ruins ages ago and I would have had John Cena stopped Mike while he was stalking us.)

Yoshi and Ultra
The sky seems darker out here for some reason than it was before. You look down and see that the clouds have become darker colored. You can hear what sounds like thunder below them. It must be storming down below them. The people in Sky Town appear to be somewhat concerned about the darkened clouds, but among all of them, you notice what looks like an angel-like woman. She speaks with other people in the town, asking with a worried expression where someone named Yuna has gone.

Kelly will talk to the Angle lady ask her whats with the dark Clouds and who is Yuna.

She looks over at you and you notice her golden hair and eyes. "I am not sure. The clouds have changed songs and give off a foreboding and ominous air. Have you seen Yuna anywhere? She is a powerful summoner and lives at the church with me. She seems to have disappeared and I am greatly concerned..."

Sorry I cant say I know any Yuna sorry I couldnt help you.
Kelly then notices how she mentioned songs. Oh Ms. are you a musician. Could you help me with something. You see something happened to my friends. I was told that in order to help them I needes three sky instruments (forgot the name) and a special song in some ruins. We found the song but we need the 3 sky intrsuments.
(Kelly opens the bag showing the 3 toads)

Okay Ms. now that we are alone it would probably be easier to show you everything that has happened.
Kelly takes out Otterwott and Ultra and Otterwott takes out the Replay item (the item that shows Holographic memories of everything that has happened.
Also get Prince Frog out to help maybe see if he has any useful memories.
Ask the two golems to keep a lookout.

"She was right here in the church last I saw her. She may have gone out while I wasn't looking, but it's unusual for her to just disappear like this. I don't recall her mentioning going anywhere. Perhaps Castle Town? But that is a ways away..."
