Terra thinks for a moment. "...OK. I think I've got it." Terra pulls a ball of water around her hand, then splits it into two layers. She focuses on freezing the outer layer first while leaving a thin layer of water around her hand.

Terra manages to successfully coat her hand in ice without freezing it. "Nice work! With that, you should be able to do a lot to make your punches stronger. For example, you can shatter the ice on impact, create spikes, all that good stuff!"

Terra shifts into a fighting stance and throws a few jabs. "Hu-u-uh... This is interesting. I can feel the added weight, which means more force, but it throws off my balance a bit, and it kind of prevents me from using grabs and throws... Plus, it doesn't seem like I can really affect it any more." Terra focuses on the layer of water under the ice glove and bursts it apart. "If I think about... armor... I need to either make it with joints, or... hm..."
Terra folds her arms and thinks, then suddenly realizes how cold it is. And that she's wearing a dress and a sandal. "H-hey... Sensei? I think I've learned enough to p-p-practice on my own. Can we go somewhere w-warmer? If you d-don't mind teaching me some... h-healing magic...? Please?"
