Kayla is gonna go to the park, with her night vision goggles and her gun, fully charged. She'll also take her camera.
She'll hide in a bush and observe the meeting location, taking picture of it. If the person meeting us looks fishy, she'll just leave. If it looks fine, she'll get out of hiding and meet him/her.

You tend the bar the rest of the night. Nothing particularly interesting happens. No one else unusual shows up. Eventually Tana groans from her spot lurking in the corner, gets up, pays, and heads out.
You clean up, close up, get up there. For bed. You find Lizzy in the middle of changing her bandages. "Oh, good timing. That is Cyrus, right? Nevermind, I know it is. I can recognize your gait by now. Ungh... H-hey, if you aren't busy, give me a hand with this?"
