You head home. You take the first aid kit from behind the bar, dismiss any stupid questions with excuses, and head upstairs to patch yourself up.

This is harder than it looks. You don't think you're bleeding, at least.

You notice that Lizzy's already asleep. She has an angry expression on her face. She probably doesn't want to talk about what happened, anyway...

You fall asleep thinking about the fact you were visiting another world.  Other worlds exist.  That's... a lot to think about.

When you wake up, Lizzy's in the middle of getting ready. She's clearly trying to not make much noise.

Cyrus

You decide not to start a conversation and wait quietly while Lizzy, adorned in a white dress shirt, finishes getting ready.  It doesn't take her too long.  Even though she seems distracted, she pads confidently and near-silently around the room as she loads her purse with her phone, cane, and some other tools, then she spends a few minutes in the bathroom.  When she comes out, she slides into a pair of dark denim jeans and grabs her stuff.  You note that she opts to carry her shoes and creep out of the room barefoot, even managing to descend the stairs with barely a sound.  If you hadn't been watching, you never would have known she was even awake.

It seems she paused at the bottom of the stairs to put on her shoes and set up her cane, as you hear her start clicking-clacking on her way out.

(Are you going to rest upstairs, downstairs, try to talk to her before she leaves...?)

Cyrus

Cyrus listens to Lizzy let herself out, then goes back to sleep.  By the time he wakes up again, the bar's open for lunch.  No sign of your roommate.

Cyrus recovers 3 HP.

So you're just gonna hike on over to her lab, or...?

Cyrus

You try punching in the number Delia gave you.  It rings several times.  You expect it to go to voicemail, then someone picks up.  "Nnnnngh...  Yeah...?" a groggy voice asks.  It sounds like she just woke up.


Iggy

You head to the library.  You get in with no trouble and find the computer lab by following a few signs.  You start it up, and...?

(Delia studies physics tho)

"Did you get any results from the data you gathered last night?"

Cyrus

"...Data...?  Who...?  What...  Oh.  That." Delia groans.  "There's a lot to analyze...  Not like you'd understand the results anyway..."

Wow.  She's already a bit rude, but it looks like the lack of sleep has her filter completely off.


Iggy

You fire up the computer and start looking around for information about local experts on the occult.

Various hidden rolls

You find a few news articles about various mysterious happenings from the Florville Herald.  You notice several are written by some rookie named Alethea Galatea.

There's a few posts asking about various occult things in the comments section.  A guy called "TB" is asking about monsters and stuff.

You also find a few obscure posts about something called the Cult of Hypnos.  That sounds familiar for some reason.  A few posts seem to be deriding them pretty hard.  You kind of get the impression of kids insulting each other on the playground.
