"I mean... If they're all dirty, someone wants me to know the truth while staying unanonymous. Either that person works for the garage, is a neighbor or is someone close to one of the employees..."

"Those pictures could've only come from inside. Breaking in would be pretty ballsy for a neighbor. It was probably an employee, but..."

"Any employee missing? Anyone who gave more answers than the others?"

"...Ah! That's a good idea. Hang on."
She takes out her phone and steps out. She comes back in a few minutes later.
"None of them gave any suspicious answers. Or, rather, they all did. Kinda. All their answers were really similar. Like they were reading off a script. Also, only about half the staff was there that day. So I'd say there's at least a decent chance that our man was an employee who wasn't working at the time."

"I mean... Who knows if we interrogated those who were on shift when anything happened? We might have interviewed the wrong bunch. Any plans to interview the other half?"

"If we head over right now, we should be able to catch them," Tana says. "You in?"

"Of course I'm in.
Do I have time to check if I got any mail or call or we're leaving now?
I'm actually ready."

You head over to the garage with Tana. She walks in and asks to speak with the manager. He comes out soon enough. "Hello," she say. She takes out her badge. "I'm Officer Washington. I'm here regarding our search the other day."
"Youse hea to 'pologize?" the manager demands. He's a huge, muscular man in a sweaty, sleeveless shirt.
"No, we're here to talk to the rest of your employees. The ones that weren't there when we did our initial test."
"Yeah? Nah."
Tana glares at the manager.

Kayla glares at the man too.
"You know, we could arrest you right now for law obstruction, or we could give you another chance. We already have the warrant and you know it."

"Fuck you, pig. I knows my rights. Dat warrant was good one-time only." He stabs his finger towards you accusingly.
"We didn't get access to everything covered by the warrant!" Tana exclaims.
"Pffft. Youse two's tresspassin' right now."

"And now you insulted an actual police officer, which is against the law.
Anyway. We're not here to arrest anyone. We're here, because we have reasons to think one of your employee was attacked by an unidentified animal.
As far as we know, no dangerous beast inhabits our forest, so there's something lurking around which could be dangerous for our citizens. We need to know what we're looking for to know if we need to issue warnings around the forest's paths.
We're not looking for a criminal. We're looking for the victim of a wild beast."

"My clients' gots rights to privacy. If'n they didn' wanna report nothin' to the p'lice, that's their business. And you comin' in here makin' threats and makin' up fake laws ain't gonna change-"
"If you prefer not to let the two of us chat with your employees, we could make a huge fuss over it. Get a new warrant. Send in a huge force again. Shut the place down for the day again. I mean, which looks worse for you?"
He looks like he's hesitant. "You really think dat's gonna fly wit' your higher-ups? Youse got nothin'."

"Well, now that you just gave us the information that the person who was attacked was one of your client and not one of your employee, I'm sure we can get a warrant to get a list of the clients that came in on d-day.
You have a choice here. You show that list to us without making a fuss, we leave and that's the end of it. Or you can wait for us to get a warrant, come back with the whole police force again, bother your work hours and then you get arrested, because obviously, that list will mysteriously be erased."

"Fine, whatever. You can pull them one at a time. See for yourselves that nothin' happened here. Then get outta here."
You head inside the garage and find several people hard at work fixing up some cars. Nothing overtly suspicious...
"So, what should we ask them?" Tana asks.

(I'm confused here, I talked about how we were looking for the beast that attacked one of his employees. The guy responded implying it was a client that was attacked ("My clients' gots rights to privacy. If'n they didn' wanna report nothin' to the p'lice, that's their business.').
So I ask for us to see the client list from the date the van was rented. Why are we going to see the employees?)
