Zim is crazy. He is from an alien planet and was sent to Earth on a secret mission to destroy it. At least, Zim thinks he is sent there to destroy it. Really, the others all realized what a great failure and disaster Zim was and REALLY needed to get rid of him. They sent him off to Earth hoping he would never come back. Zim is still incredibly loyal to his alien race anyhow. Zim has multiple inventions at his disposal he has made. Zim is also a master of disguise and has a disguise for nearly anything. Zim doesn't have any weaknesses other than water which burns him. Zim also can get carried away with specific objectives, however. He may be completely focused on one thing so much, he ignores something else that could completely stop him.
Balrog is a large, fire monster. It is a corrupted spirit that now serves Melkor. Balrog wields large, fire weapons such as whips, swords, and even axes. Balrog is a gigantic creature of flame and shadow, creating the images of power and fear for others. Balrog also has some control over magic abilities and is able to use spells to an extent. Balrog's only weakness is to weapons blessed by Valar, and according to the lore, normal weapons do not effect him at all. Balrog's giant size, strength, and flaming power will definitely help it in this fight.
Songbird is a large, mechanical bird that was created in order to keep Elizabeth in her tower. Although it was keeping her trapped there, it also kept her alive with food and water supplies. Songbird is a powerful and fast machine, flying quickly through the skies and tearing through its opponents with metal claws. Songbird doesn't have much else as a weapon other than its claws. Songbird is able to easily identify and track enemies, however, as that is its main job and function. Songbird's only weakness is water due to the pressure from it since Songbird was only made to exist in low air pressure climates.
The arena shifts to look like a dark cave, with a bottomless pit beneath it, closely resembling the area where Gandolf and the Balrog fought. Zim comes flying in on his flying pig machine when suddenly a silver speck can be seen in the distance. Songbird comes flying directly at Zim with lightening fast speed, and knocks him out of his spaceship. Zim comes crashing to the ground, but the land doesn't really effect him that much because he uses a device that lets out a burst of air before he hits the ground. As Zim shouts "I WILL DESTROY YOU!!!!!!" Red eyes can be seen glowing from the darkness of the hole. The Balrog launches himself up onto the platform and creates a flame whip out of thin air.
The Songbird comes flying back out, this time trying to strike the Balrog. The bird lands a hit, but it doesn't seem to phase the strange magical beast. "Mwhahahahahhaha!" The Balrog grabs the Songbird with the edge of his flamewhip, and sens the poor creature crashing to the ground. Zim sees his opportunity, takes out a large mechanical device with lots of gadgets and gizmos and begins attacking the Songbird. The Songbird is durable, but the assault from the strange alien left him gravely injured on his left wing. He takes flight, with Zim still in tow, but because of his injured wing and the weight of Zim on his back, he goes hurtling into the endless darkness of the hole. The Balrog lets out one of his evil laughs, and dives into the darkness with the other two.
A massive melee takes place as the three fall into what looks like a volcano. The Songbird shakes Zim from his grasp, and begins tearing at him with his claws. Zim stands no chance, and is shredded into a bloody pulp by the strange creature. The Balrog takes his flamewhip and wraps the bird in it's fiery grasp. The bird fights and shakes until it manages to break free, and then attacks the beast with all the energy it has left. It scratches and claws and attempts to do massive amounts of damage, but every blow seems like it does absolutely nothing. The Balrog is done playing. He takes his whip and shapes it into a massive flaming axe. He processeds to cut the winged creature with the sheer force and heat of his weapon. Balrog laughs as he falls into the volcano, where he lies in wait for his next victim.
Balrog won because his arsenal was powerful enough to break through the defense of the Songbird and his whip was fast enough to catch the beast when it is distracted by Zim. Balrog's durability is also a major contribution. According to the lore "Balrog cannot be damaged by normal weapons, and the only reason Gandalf was able to fight it was because his blade was blessed by the elven deity, Valar." Songbird was fast and strong, and could easily dispatch of Zim, but was no match for the Balrog and it's sheer power. The Balrog's fire weapons were hot enough to deal damage to the flying beast, and Songbird couldn't do anything to the Balrog. Normally Songbird would realize this and fly away, but since it's a battle to the death, it was forced to stay and die in a fight it had no way of winning. Zim stood no chance, as even though he is creative and could put up a small fight, he was clearly outmatched by both of the other two in terms of durability and destruction power.

Also, I'd like to mention that I told DS the results and asked him to write this for me so I could work on my Geometry stuff. Don't worry, I told him after he bet his coins.
