Cyrus, Francis, Kayla
Kayla gets confused a bit confused and shoots a picture instead of her gun. Even though something's actively trying to kill her.
Photography check: 21/27 - Success
She has a feeling it'll come out pretty OK. Nice action shot of the goblins running up to attack. One jumps up and bites Cyrus' shoulder. Ow. Definitely probably not a dream. Another takes a bite out of Francis' other leg to even her up. The last one can't seem to decide which one of them to bite.
Francis takes 7 damage (4/15)
Cyrus takes 7 damage (8/15)
Francis channels her inner hatred and smashes the little bastard with her bat.
Goblin B takes 9 damage
Cyrus kicks the goblin back and, for some reason, assumes he's able to cast that spell he read about earlier. Why not? Makes as much sense as anything else going on here. He tries reciting the magic words. He suddenly feels tired, like something's draining out of himself. In the same instant, two of the goblins burst into flame - well, that may be a bit of an exaggeration, but they do get burned pretty badly. The third seems to resist the effect somehow.
Goblin A takes 7 damage
Goblin B takes 7 damage
The two that were engulfed in flame collapse.
Kayla suddenly remembers 'oh right fighting' and pulls out her gun. She takes aim and shoots the last goblin.
Goblin C takes 10 damage
"Huh... Hey! Uh... Bat-girl! Be careful! I need to check out your legs later! And your shoulder!" Delia continues to hang back well away from the fighting. She's practically salivating at the chance to pull some dental records from their injuries...
