Time: Day 0 (Tuesday), MorningYou crawl out of your tent and take a look around. Food's getting a bit low, but you've got enough stuff to throw together a decent breakfast, at least. If nothing else, it looks like the weather's going to be OK today... Might be a good day to try to go on a grocery run. Or hit the gym for a shower, maybe? The librarian might not appreciate you just walking in like this. Looks like you've got about $500 left, and it'll be a few days before you get your next stipend.

First let's head to the grocery store, may as well not waste a good chance to get some more food. Stock up on food that won't perish for a long time and doesn't need to be cooked before eating.

You head over to the University. It's a lovely campus right on the edge of town, spacious and open and filled with flowers. You arrive a bit early and find your way to the Student Union in the center of campus, where you get a map. You suddenly realize you don't... actually know where her lab is.

OK, finding the lab, finding the lab... She's a grad student, right? So I dunno if they'd just hand that info over to a random guy like if she were a professor. If I knew what department she worked with I could narrow it down to one or two buildings, probably. That would make things way easier. Maybe even luck out and find someone there that knows her. Or I could wander around blindly intimidating random students and hoping to luck out with some info. To be fair, she does sort of stick out.

"HEY KID, WHAT DEPARTMENT DOES DELIA WATSON WORK IN!?" you shout to no one in particular. Several students turn to stare at you in shock. A few tuck themselves deeper into their books and pretend not to notice.
An older lady who appears to be some sort of administrator walks over. "Sir! I must ask you to refrain from doing that sort of thing. If you cause another disturbance, I'll have to ask you to leave!"
If anyone wasn't scared off by your yelling, they seem afraid to approach this lady.

The old lady has no interest in your credit, nor does she seem susceptible to any amount of charm. Fortunately, she sighs and puts her hands on her hips. "Ugh. That Delia Watson. Physics building, 2nd floor, room 18. And don't cause any more disturbances on your way. This is a school, not some... nightclub, with your jacket and your sunglasses and your..." It seems like she's prepared to go on for quite some time.

You make your way to the physics department and up to the 2nd floor. You find her lab without much difficulty and knock. You hear some thudding, then a few seconds later a very tired-looking Delia throws open the door. She's got a long paper wrapped around herself. It's covered in a bizarre-looking readout that you can't make heads nor tails of. "Who... Oh. Right. You. Yeah, come on in. Tell me everything that happened. Wait, let me get my... thing. Recorder. Set up."
