"OH SH- I FORGOT!"
Crow flies to a small, suspicious shack on the end of a dock and hurriedly flips the sign to open before ducking in to make sure everything's set up. Several people excitedly jump up, then sit back down.
"Hey, Crow. We ain't had no business this whole time..." a farmer-looking man in a baseball cap says.
"Yeah, I uh... Sorta forgot to officially open the store? So, uh... Official introductions, go!"
The man in the hat is first. "Oh, uh... George. And I sell practical items like, uh, guns and weapons and tools an' such. But it's all custom and the prices vary, so, uh... yeah... Oh, an' I also manage favors. If'n ya want an NPC to do something for ya, you can come ta me an' we'll work out a price."
Next is a masked, teenage girl in a skintight leotard covered in a star pattern. "I'm... Rita. Stellar. I handle... magic training... Um... The prices are going to start off pretty insane to make sure no one outright breaks anything, then decrease every few in-game weeks... Let me see... For spells taken from Devil Survivor... Single-target weak spells are 6 coins, multi-target weak spells are 12 coins... Um... Single-target medium spells are 24, multi-target medium for 30... And high-level spells are 42 and 48 coins... We also offer custom spells more in-line with Call of Cthulhu at varying prices. There's... a lot you can do there, from magic to graft extra arms, to people to hypnosis stuff, to... um... weather control? Basically anything you can think of... um, within reason... W-well, you could go for not-within reason, but it would be really expensive..."
Next is another high-school-age girl. She's dressed in a tennis outfit. "Kimiko. I sell skill training and ranks in fate. You want to get closer to someone? 1 coin for rank 1, 7 for rank 2, 13 for rank 3... and we don't sell anything above that. As for skills, it's 1 coin per skill point up to 50%, and 2 coins per skill rank above 50%."
An intimidating black-haired woman in a white dress with a pearl necklace is leaning against the entrance. "Security."
"Right, so... we're open for business now!" Crow says. "Good luck, don't do anything I wouldn't do, and, uh... good luck! Oh, and a more succinct price list for people."
