With Edgar and Erius following you, you eventually reach what seems to be a snowy mountain. The ruins should be up at the top. It's pretty cold here. You might get lost if you don't have a plan. The blizzard makes it difficult to see anything.

Demi will use her fire breathes to help our perception, while Rachel keeps throwing fireballs in the distance.

Erius shrugs and then hops up on top of Rocky, riding him along while Demi and Rachel throw fire everywhere. As they make their way up the mountain, the party soon comes across a small group of enemies. Floating crystals of ice moving around blue, glowing spheres in a circular motion block the way forward.

Rachel will shoot fireballs on a target, Demi and Faya will use Fire Wrap on another.

Rachel shoots fireballs at one of the Ice Spirits, melting it away with ease. Demi and Faya then work together to melt another Ice Spirit. Erius smashes another one apart with his lance followed by Rocky stomping one to pieces. Edgar then smashes one with his demon claw before everyone looks around. That's the end of that. The Ice Spirits are defeated. They then continue onward...
As they head up the icy mountain, the party notices the blizzard continues to get more intense. Erius is shivering. But they continue onward. This seems to be taking a while, actually. Are they getting anywhere...?

Rachel: "Okay... You guys need to do everything in your powers to augment our visibility. This blizzard is too thick for us to continue, but we need to find a cavern to rest and wait for it to pass."
Rachel will keep a fireball in her hand. Demi will use her fire breathe again. They are looking for a cave to use as a refuge, waiting for the blizzard to calm down.

"G-Good Id-d-dea..." Rocky stands a bit closer to Erius, trying to warm him up before realizing he's a horse made of stone and is probably just making him colder.
Using their fire, the party soon finds what looks like a small cave they can hide out in while they wait for the storm to calm down. Edgar notices that it's still pretty cold in here and takes out some of the materials he gathered from the mushroom forest, creating a fire to stay warm by. "Told you this would be useful later." He seems pleased he made the right choice back in the forest.
Erius stays close to the fire, trying to get warm with Rocky sitting beside him. "So...what do we do now? Are we just waiting around?"
