Vram uses a couple of flashlight flashes on the bats to help Dana, but she manages to smash most of them with her spectral hammer.
Meanwhile, Ozzy and Brooklyn begin chasing the deer around, but it's pretty fast. The two of them run around the garden for a bit, but as Vram joins in, helping them corner it, Brooklyn manages to suck it up in her vacuum.

With the deer taken care of, now all they need to do is get rid of those ghosts in the flowers and the key is theirs.

Hey, did you notice that instead of a sign-up, this thing has a sing-up? Lala~laaala...
Anyway Dana goes and stands over the flowers with the hammer raised over her head, ready to go full whack-a-mole on these things.

Dana raises her hammer and starts to go ham on the ghosts. They pop into the flowers and hide when she swings at them and then pop out to knock her back afterward. Despite taking some damage from them, the group manages to catch them one at a time with Vram and Brooklyn working together, stunning and vacuuming them.
Mole Ghost +3
With the ghosts defeated, the gardener seems pleased. "Thank you. Without those hooligans, I can get back to my gardening. Well, here you go. I said I'd give you this." She tosses the key over to Brooklyn.

Vram grumbles and is running in place in front of the door.

Brooklyn walks over to the door and unlocks it as the rest of the party follows in after her. This seems to be the entrance room.
You notice a coat rack sitting next to the door. There's already a few coats on it. Looking around further, you see what looks like a mirror sitting across from you nearby double doors. There's two staircases, both of which lead up to a balcony over the room. You notice what looks like a chandelier hanging above the center of the room. At the top of the staircase, there's a floating candelabrum. Wait...no, there seems to be a ghost holding it. He looks like a butler. He's walking through the dark halls with it. He seems to be just moving across the balcony area. Looking up still, you also see that there are bats hanging from that chandelier. There's two doors on either side at the top of the stairs. You can hear squeaking coming from somewhere. There must be a mouse in this room.

Dana glares angrily at the bats.
Then proceeds to try on a few of the coats in the looks-like-a-mirror.

Digi's gone, remember? I think he went with his buddy to the thing so I guess he convinced his mom OK... I don't remember how long he said he'd be gone, but he said he's pop in when he could. Which is apparently not often.
