Your team of ghost hunters drives up to the front garden in their van before hopping out and taking a quick look around, equipment held at the ready. The old and rusted gate slowly creaks open and shut in the slight breeze, beckoning the group inside. A single crow sits atop the unmoving part of the gate a caws at you before flying off. The team heads in through the gate and scans the area with their eyes.
At the center of the garden is what looks like a normal fountain with water pouring out from the top and spraying down below to the pool beneath. Many beautiful flowers are growing out here in a circular fashion around the fountain, hugging the pathway around the garden. There's a singular, green tree in the garden as well, to the left. The entrance to the mansion awaits with the huge thing looming over you almost as if watching to see what you will do. The dark clouds in the sky swirl around ominously in restlessness. The air feels abnormally cold out here, but you do not see anything paranormal out here. The decision to investigate the garden further or to head straight to the door is yours, however, you should probably decide what equipment you'd like to take with you.
(At the start of your exploration through a mansion, you will have to decide if you want to carry your Flashlight, Vacuum, or Spectral Hammer. There won't be time to switch during an investigation, but you can switch to a different equipment piece at safe zones. It's recommended that you keep at least one of each on hand as a party, however, you can explore without one of each if you want to.)

"Bird!" Dana calls as it flies off. "Oh. Gone now. Oh, well."
She grabs a hammer before asking what the objectives are and skips off. She hops over the ring of flowers around the fountain and onto the edge, balancing as she walks around the perimeter and towards the house proper. She hops down and quickly walks up toward the door, raising the hammer to smash it down.

Vram whips out his flashlight and grins at the others.
"It's time for investigation! If my experience told me something, the front door is locked and the key is somewhere!"
Vram points his light towards the flowers, sniffing them, not has if they smelled good, but as if he was trying to simulate detective work.

Ozzy smiles and giggles to himself over the enthusiastic youngsters. He wonders if having kids would've been like this.
He walks forward, tsking frim steps towards the front door, cautious not to stand in Dana's way.

As Dana walks up to the door and smashes her hammer on it, she notices the door almost ripples in a strange way before she's knocked back by it. Ozzy checks the door and it seems to be locked. Everyone can then hear what sounds like ghostly laughter. The gate the group came from then suddenly slams shut as a thick, ghostly fog covers the area outside. Vram checks the flowers, but finds nothing of interest before looking up and seeing what looks like a pair of hedge clippers clipping the hedges by themselves. Looking a bit closer, he sees what looks like an old woman ghost. She hums a song as she works. Before anyone can do anything else, they notice what looks like upside down, glowing fish float up out of the fountain.
Suddenly, the area feels as if it's being filled with water! You all take a deep breath before invisible water fills up around you and everyone begins to float in the air as if underwater. If you don't do something about those fish, you might end up drowning in nothing!

I me start vacuuming up the fish as soon as Vram freezes them with the Flashlight.

Dana will try to swim over to the fish and turn them rightside-up if that doesn't work.

Vram flashes his light at the fish while Brooklyn sucks up a few in her vacuum. Most of the fish were turned to dust from the flash of the light while Brooklyn managed to capture three of them.
+3 Drowning Fish
Everyone lands back on the ground and is able to breathe once the fish are gone. It seems like they have the ability to make the area become filled with invisible water. That might be important to learn later. Ozzy takes this chance to search around for a key. He notices a few new things have appeared in this garden. The flowers seem to be rustling and as he focuses on them closely, he sees what looks like small ghosts hiding inside them. Looking over toward the tree, he sees some sort of shadowy deer eating the leaves off of it. It looks like there are a few bats flying around the tree and screeching. He then looks over at the ghost gardener and notices what looks like a big, shiny key attached to her belt loop. That must be the key inside...

"Well everyone, we need to capture that gardener ghost. I have the flashlight to stun her. What's the plan?"

Dana ignores Vram and walks up to the ghost gardener. "Hey, can I have that?" she asks, pointing to the key.

The gardener turns to Dana happily and responds. "No!" It's hard to feel rejected when she says it in such a happy tone. Dana then walks up and starts talking to her, using her ability. "Why, yes, they are. I put a lot of hard work and effort into these flowers. It's nice seeing someone appreciate them."
