It's now morning. As the adventurers begin to gather at the plaza, determining where they should go next, you notice that Lapin's carpentry has been properly upgraded. It might be a good idea to check and see if that Golem you rescued from the mines yesterday is awake.

Heather will buy and eat some carrots, then check in on the Golem with Barfy.

Some time after she's done with the Golem, Heather will bring the Broken Stone to Lapin.
"Will this do? I know it's not very impressive, but it's the best stone I could find. Perhaps to make up for it I could help you?"
(Putting two parts to the post at different time periods of the day since today is the last day I've got before we're off the grid until Tuesday. Heather won't be going on a quest today anyways, so since she's just spending time in town this shouldn't be too difficult to work around.)

Barfy and Heather
You both go off to see the golem from yesterday, finding him awake now. He's sitting in a room at Leanne's house. When Heather asks him how he is feeling he simply responds with "Feeling better." Barfy barks at him and he reaches down with one of his large, rocky hands and pats him on the head. "Good dog."
Heather - Afterward
Lapin inspects the stone for a bit. "Hmm...I'm not sure that would be structurally sound. But maybe I can manage to put something together with some work and a bit more material. If you can get three units of Broken Rock, I can make you something."

Barfy will start putting together a team to go after the... Uh... The thing we learned about. Like a prince or princess or something...? In the... place...Actually Barfy will wait for Oiya to get home. Just go to the Living Forest to grind today.

(Wait a second, what am I doing? I have Stone that I got after the boss battle. Can we rewind for a second and have her bring that out instead of the Broken Rock?)

The golem seems to think for a moment. "Hm..." He then nods. "Working in mines. Then monsters appear. Don't remember anything after."

Lapin notices Heather staring at her and looks back for a while before responding. "...Is something wrong?"

Heather leaves, not having realized that she never told the Golem her name. She goes to look for Lapin...
And here we are.
"No ma'am, nothing is wrong. I was simply wondering if there is anything I can do to help."

You bark at the golem multiple times. He stands and tries to reach and pet you, but you step out of his reach and bark more. He then begins to follow you as you lead him outside and over to Lapin. Lapin looks up at the golem. "Hm...? Who's this?"
"Crag."
"I see. Can I help you with something, Crag?"
"Dog." Crag points at you.
Lapin looks. "Oh, it's you. I know you like bringing me gifts, but I don't think you can give me a golem..."

Lapin watches Barfy. "Oh, I see." She then looks over to Crag. "Crag, you wouldn't happen to be looking for a job, would you?"
Crag thinks it out for a bit. "I'm a miner. Mine is destroyed. Need new job." He decides getting a new job would be best.
"Hmm...You could probably use some work and training, but if I teach you, a golem definitely seems strong enough to help out with construction. Especially with new buildings..."
Crag watches Lapin.
"Alright, you're hired to help me out then. I'll take you on as my apprentice." Lapin then hands the materials she's holding over to Crag. "Take these and move them over there. We're building a church." Crag nods and does as he's told. "With this help, I might be able to build two things today..."
