Oiya snorts at Wayne one more time, then scoops Amanda up and sticks her on her shoulder as she walks away.
Out of character, considering how poorly the last two big fights went before Just mentioned the difficulty was going up, I'm not running into a probable major boss fight with a joke character on the team. I don't know what happens on a team wipe, and I'm not going to find out.

Party Wipe: If the entire party is defeated in battle, you will be kicked out of the dungeon and you will lose all the items, equipment, and gold you were carrying with you! Be careful to avoid this! If you want to make sure your items are safe in case of a wipe, make sure to store them away at the Adventurer's Guild!
Adventurer's Guild: This building is commonly found in large towns. Not only will you find other adventurers there that will help you out on your exploration,
but you can also store any items you may have away. Adventurer's Guilds can be useful places to gather information on new class stones and powerful boss monsters as well.
Anyway, I assume Heather isn't going with Oiya since she didn't take Frank. Did you want an NPC to go with you? The only one that won't go is Rex, but Leanne, Talys, and Mercedes are free.

That makes sense. The only real reason I had Heather suggest it is that from an in-character perspective she doesn't know how strong or weak Wayne is and usually tries to see the best in people even if it's buried under a mountain of alcoholism.

Kali: "Woah... What did I miss?"
Boreas: "Boreas is unaware of the situation."
Kali: "Want to help me build a fishing rod?"
Boreas: "Boreas accepts."
Kali will start a quest to gather wood and string in the forest.

Kali notices Wayne, curiously flying around him. Hiloka, the boar, smells Wayne and doesn't seem to like him.
Kali: "Well, hello there, I don't think we met. My name is Kaeli Maeva, from a family of merchant. Who might you be."
Boreas just seems to be waiting to go back to adventure.
Boreas: "Man want to join quest?"

Ralliado downs a Bag of Cucumbers. Like, all in one go. It's kinda impressive. Ralliado runs off to buy a Vegetable Bag at the farm, then overhears Kali after. "Oh, hey. I'll go with you. The fiercest of half-demons is on your side now!"
