(Technically Baby-Doll Eyes should have gone first since having priority is the main advantage it's got over Growl, although since the Poptop Queen didn't attack until afterwards it didn't really make a difference this turn.)
Will-o-wisp (between further reducing PQ's attack and dealing damage every turn it's hard to go wrong with a burn) from Cinder and Hyper Voice from Cadence.

Yea Surf Will Hit everyone is this Tiny Space Cinder(And Cadence Since they share health) Will survive but with low health

Jacob Creates a Shadow Anvil and Drops on it on the Queen's Head, This Stuns her, Preventing her next attack(not like it Matters)
Cinder Uses Will-o-Wisp to inflict the Burning Status, and Cadence Uses Hyper Voice to Deal Sound based Damage.
Pixy uses a Thunderbolt Which Deals Heavy Damage to the Queen.
Finally Disko King Dances Around the Queen's Legs and Slashes at the Legs and Feet, Which Knocks her over

The Poptop Queen now has Strange Stars over her body and Suddenly Cinder and Cadence Gain a sort of Aura, They now feel Immense Power.

Now Fuzz You get to land the Finishing Blow because I feel like you did the most important stuff, such as finding the Map and Inviting Robo-Mike.

So just, think of a Super Attack of sorts.

Oh. Whoops, I didn't realize I was the reason this hadn't updated in so long.
Cadence begins forming bubbles in the air by singing using Sparkling Aria (evolution only move be damned) as Cinder takes the Blast Wand and starts swinging it at the air, the magic projectiles being caught inside the forming bubbles. Once there's a sufficient amount of these Cadence hits the high note at the end of her song causing the bubbles to fly into the Poptop Queen all at once, the projectiles combining to create a massive explosion.
Edit: You know what, I'm making this a full-fledged combo attack with a name and everything if that's alright. Blast Song certainly works well as a finishing blow and will probably be used any other time they earn it, but as long as you're okay with Cadence having Sparkling Aria (and since I could have just signed them up as fully evolved versions of themselves with the reason i didn't being that they're more immediately recognizeable this way I'd like to think it's fair) theoretically it could also be used any other time the enemy is stunned or otherwise incapacitated long enough for them to pull it off. I've been wanting to give them more combo attacks than just Steam Spray anyways to help reinforce the concept of them being a team, and the fact that this one also uses Cinder's wands (or one of them anyways) feels like a nice bonus.

Cinder and Cadence look at each other and after silently agreeing that it's not like they've got any better options leave to go meet the owner of the voice.
