Day 1
The Alliance troops had been marching for days now. They were headed directly to the rebels base, with orders to exterminate with extreme prejudice. They were not prepared or what was about to happen at all. In the middle of the road they are advancing on, there lies a ton of scattered crystal shaped debris, 30 rocks, 15 pots, and 20 armors.
“Hold steady men. Send a detachment to move that crap out of the way of our tanks.”
A group of 50 men move forward, and begin to move the pots and rocks out of the way when suddenly the rocks come to life and fall over on top of th 50 troops! The pots begin dashing toward the columns of tanks, exploding and disabling 3 tanks instantly. Suddenly a warcry can be heard, as almost 700 bandits come charging out of the woods behind them.
“WHAT THE HECK?!??” The general was stunned, and his troops were ill-prepared for an ambush.
The Central Alliance Soldiers open fire with their 7 tanks and 450 soldiers, killing 80 bandits, 20 assassins, 20 thieves, and 40 executioners before the massive wave of troops hits the rear guard. The massive wave of troops collides, and the hand to hand combat results in 200 dead alliance soldiers, 2 disabled tanks, 20 dead bandits, 10 dead assassins, and 10 dead executioners.
It is then that the Crystal Bandits hear the whoosh of rotor blades spinning. Heliplanes come flying in from the south, and began strafing the bandits. The crystal armors hop into action, blocking the incoming machine-gun fire, but the rockets launched at them were strong enough to blow up 15 crystal armors!
“NOW!” Mox yells, as the 230 spike soldiers launch spikes at the rotor blades of the heliplanes. The results were successful, sending 5 down in a fiery blaze.
“Grab what you can and fall back troops! We are going to the Rebels base!” The Crystal bandits began to fall back with vigor, stealing 250 basic rifles and 5 units of steel.
This preliminary strike was over, but the battle was just beginning!
