Paula thanks Clara as she looks at the egg. Paula likes the egg and for some reason it feels very nostalgic holding a Pokemon egg. Like Paula once had an egg back when she was a human but for now Paula is beat. "Hey guys need anything before I turn in for the evening??" she asks

Since everyone's starting to sprinkle in character development, I'll have Clyde have a dream then.
Clyde nods off to sleep. Later on, he starts entering a weird dream... One where he has the feeling of wandering around the world.
...Oh, that's the dream.

Upon seeing Cinder and Pip head off to sleep, Paula decides its time to turn in for the night. Paula tucks in the egg right next to her as she falls asleep. While Paula lies there sleeping she has a not a dream more like a memory that managed to wrestle itself free.
Location: Paula's House
Time: Unknown....... dood
A young girl with long brown hair, fair skin, and green eyes is sound asleep in her Pikachu themed sleep ware. When all of a sudden a Pikachu hops onto her bed and gently tickles her with his tail. The young girl mumbles a bit before turning over in her bed and going back to sleep. The Pikachu nicknamed Pika is determined to wake the girl up and decides to try to drag her blankets off the bed. The Young girl grumbles some more before she picks up the sheet and plops right back to sleep. Pika begins to get annoyed when a female Pika enters the room.
The female Pika nicknamed Chu seems to be asking Pika whats the hold up. Pika proceeds to tell Chu that Paula despite this being a big day for her. Chu closes her eyes and then tells Pika what to do to wake up the sleeping Paula. Pikkkaaccchhhhuuuu the two Pikachus said as they let loose a weak jolt of electricity that quite litteraly shocked Paula awake. "What what I am up?" Paula whined as she began rubbing her eyes. "Really you guys its summer time I don't have to worry about school," Paula said glaring to the two awfully proud of themselves Pikachus.
The two Pikachus begin singing happy birthday to Paula. "Oh that's right its my tenth birthday that means today I finally, can get my very own Pokemon," Paula said as she ran down the stairs as the pair of Pikachus ran off after her. "Mom, dad I am up, so where is it, where's the Pokemon that's going to be my partner," Paula asked very excitedly.
"Well, sweetie we have it with us right in the other room, hold on one moment," Paula's mom who goes by the name Patty said as she went to the living room to get the Pokemon from the living room.
"Oh Pika and Chu I can't wait finally I can take my first step towards my dream and that's being the best Pokemon Coordinator ever, just like mom and dad," Paula said. "Everyday I would think to myself about what Pokemon I would use," Paula said to Pika and Chu. "Oh I remember how me and my pokedolls would put on shows for you two," Paula said as the two Pikachus both let out a Pika in agreement.
"Hey Paula here it is," Patty said as she had a container in her hand.
"Umm mom that's just a yellow and black egg," Paula said looking at Patty confused.
"Patience my child, you see this egg has been incubating for a while now and as luck would have it, today its been moving around alot today, meaning any minute your very first Pokemon will...... oh its starting already," Patty said as the egg began to glow. "Pika and Chu follow me, this moments is very important for Paula," Patty said as she left the egg on table.
"Ohhh I wonder what the egg is going to become," Paula said as the egg began cracking. While the whole process took only a few minutes it felt like hours. Then all of a sudden a Pokemon began to emerge. "Piichuuuu," the Pichu said as he began to stir awake.
"Hello Pichu my name is Paula," Paula said cradeling the Pichu. "Piiiccchhhhuuuu," Pichu said as he opened his eyes. "Happy birthday Pichu," Paula said as she gently hugged the newly hatched Pichu.
Time: Current time
Paula is fast asleep as she gently hugs the egg from today. "Happy birthday," Paula whispers to the egg while she lies there in a deep slumber.

Cinder returns to Poketown, turning in the outlaw as they're rewarded for their efforts by Fang.
Fang: Nice work out there! Maybe your team will become expert criminal catchers!
Gast: This isn't the last time you'll hear about Team Skull! We're gonna find you and-
Fang: Be quiet, you! We'll keep him nice and locked up so you kids don't have to worry. Thank you for your services!
Fang and his group of Poochyena carry off Gast. Well, that's today's mission complete!

Cinder leads everyone outside to search for footprints, but it doesn't seem like there are any. "I don't see anything. It was probably a flying Pokemon or one that can teleport. Let's ask the shopkeepers if they saw anything."

"Right." Cinder systematically goes from one shopkeeper to the next, asking if they saw anyone suspicious last night and explaining that something they had recently found was stolen.

Cinder asks Fang if he's seen any suspicious Pokemon while he barks orders at the Poochyena. "No, no, no! You have to SURROUND them! One little opening and the criminal will break free! Oh, good morning Cinder. Suspicious Pokemon? We deal with a lot of those. Most importantly, we're dealing with this Team Skull group. One of their members, Gast, was captured recently. By you, actually. Now they've gotten pretty angry. Team Skull has been causing trouble all over the place. We've pinpointed their location to be at Thunder Plains. Trying to catch outlaws isn't easy."

After having asked everyone in town and having very little info turn up, Cinder heads back to the guild and asks some of the other guild members, but not Sun or Moon since Paula already mentioned that she was going to talk to them.

Markus walks into town, finding everything as it usually is. It seems one of the Poochyena are sleeping on the job though. This one must be lazy. Anyway, all the shops are open and there are a few Pokemon out and about. The Milotic from earlier is here in town.
