Cinder, Werp, Paula, and Pip all return and get their reward for helping with the mission from Moon. It looks like part of their team already got back here. They're still waiting on the other team though...
Pip is the one that was given the Ice Beam TM to hold onto by the way.

(Gonna be at classes until 5:00 PM tomorrow so if I'm not home in time automatically sign Cinder up for the special mission to save the Alola starters.)

Shortly after the group returns to town and go their separate ways, a Pelliper wearing a postman's hat flies down from the sky and lands in front of Cinder. It opens up its mouth, removing a package, a clipboard, and an inkpad.
"I'm looking for a Cinder Spruce. Is that you?"
"Yes, that would be me."
"I've got a package for you. If you could just sign here..."
The Pelliper motions to the inkpad, then to a spot on the clipboard. Cinder puts his paw on the inkpad, then stamps the clipboard. He then opens up the package.
"Are these... wands?"
"Don't ask me, I just deliver things. In any case it must be pretty important if somebody sent it by IPS."
"IPS?"
"Yeah, Interdimensional Postal Service. Well, I've got to get going. The mail doesn't deliver itself, you know."
The Pelliper flies up into the air, and as he begins to fly away his words finally sink in.
"Wait, did he say inter-"
Cinder's realization is cut short as a hole in the fabric of reality rips open and the Pelliper flies in, the portal closing up afterwards.
"Huh. Maybe I'll leave that detail out when I tell everyone how I got these."
Cinder sticks the three wands in his tail, then walks back to the base.

I hadn't actually pinned down a voice for the Interdimensional Postman despite this being his second appearance (he's the same postman who delivered the Flame of Ifrit to Sylvia although in this world rather than riding a Chocobo he's a Pelliper), but I suppose something like a 1920's New Yorker accent could work.
