We're glad that you bought a brand new copy of Gem Hunters! With the technology of your Vitcon Game Console, you should be able to activate the virtual reality feature and fully immerse yourself in this massive world! Already, millions of other players are trying out Gem Hunters and enjoying it! This is the very first Virtual Reality game that's run entirely by players! There are no NPCs! Don't worry, though. The world is moderated by powerful admin employees that make sure everything runs smoothly in the Gem Hunters world. At the end of this manual, you will find the information you need to sign up, but before that, we advise that you read up on all this game has to offer!
What Are Gems?
Gems are special items that you receive in game! By equipping gems, you will change your appearance and gain new abilities! There is a wide variety of gems that come in many different sets! You can gain new gems by participating in tournaments, events, or by trading with other players! You can even buy new gems in the store. There are two different stores you can buy gems from. There's the gem lottery, which can get you nearly any gem and then there's the gem shop where you can buy specific gems they have on sale or sometimes a specific set. Their stock changes, so check back often!
What Can You Do In Gem Hunters?
Gem Hunters is a game all about gathering up gems and using them to play games and compete in battles! You can focus on playing on your own and challenging different tournaments in the arena or you can try out the different events they have each day that give out special rewards. These events could be anything from hunting a giant monster with a group of friends to stopping a band of pirate thieves from invading the hub world! If you're tired of playing alone, you can join a guild and work toward becoming the best and moving toward the top! If your ranking gets high enough, you may even be able to challenge the guild leaders!
Gem Hunters isn't just about battles, though! Remember that you can always stop for a while and enjoy some mini games such as Target Smash to gain rewards or just walk around and enjoy the beautiful virtual reality scenery.
Then, if you want to get back into the action of it all, you can check out the Admin Center. There, they have the Hacker Board. You can take on missions to take down hackers that are cheating in the game. It's difficult, but the rewards are great!
If there's something they don't have that you're still looking for, make sure you send a request at the Admin Center! New ideas for gem sets and play modes are always being accepted!
Why Do Admins Act Like Players?
Just like the players, the admins have to follow the rules of the game world. This means that although they have access to some powerful gems, they will have to take down hackers fairly using game rules. This keeps the admins from abusing their power in the game. Even if an admin challenges you to a battle, you can win! Remember, everyone in this game counts as a player. Nobody receives any special treatment!
What Is A Hacker?
Hackers are players that are cheating in the game by either coding in their own illegal gems or by stealing others gems from players. If you see a Hacker in the game, you are to report them immediately to a nearby admin.
