You suddenly warp out of the area and are taken to the battlefield.

You head up to the top floor and check the teleporter, opening up a menu that allows you to choose from multiple public matches you can spectate. Er...well, it would if there were multiple matches to pick from. Currently, it looks like there's only one public match. Everyone else must be getting ready for the tournament. Seeing as it's your only choice, you click on it and are warped out to the battlefield.

You equip all of your gems and then head over to the main tower, signing up for the Beginner Tournament without any trouble. A little info screen pops up on your interface. It shows the tournament style and the stages that will be a part of the tournament. Most of them seem to stray away from heavy gimmicks. Mostly just having ring outs here and there. The lady running the desk tells you that it'll still be a little bit while they wait for more people to register, but you can chill out in the lobby. You can also go upstairs and watch other fights going on right now.

Alright, equip the full Pingle set and go to the Main Tower.
