The large group of Pokemon had finally decided together that they would become a full Exploration Team and find some answers to why they were turned into Pokemon. All of them seemed ready and they all seemed confident in their choice. Except Clyde because he was freaking out on the inside. It's only natural to be nervous though. Sparky was a very strong Pokemon from what they heard. The group marched on to Sparky's room, leaving Werp behind to float around in the hotsprings. Cinder lead the group there as they all looked around, reading the signs on the doors. They finally came to a large door at the end of the hall. It was labeled "Guildmaster Sparky". As the group walked toward it, a Poochyena jumped out of nowhere and began asking questions.
Poochyena: What are you doing here? This is Sparky's room! Authorized personnel only!
Cinder: We're here to form a team.
Poochyena: Well I can't just let you in.
The conversation is stopped quickly as a voice is heard from the other side of the door.
???: Did somebody say they wanted to form a team? Well, why didn't you just say so? ANYONE can form a team of they want to! Let them in!
Poochyena: Er...Yes sir.
The Poochyena opens up the doors as the room is revealed. Sparky stands in the center of the room and quickly runs toward the large group with a big smile on his face. He does, however, quickly trip and flops right over. A Druddigon stands nearby and helps Sparky get back up from his fall. Is this really the super powerful Sparky? He walks over and is very excited.
Sparky: Welcome! I hope you liked the guild so far! It's a really nice place. Anyway, here's your stuff!
Sparky started talking so suddenly and fast nobody had a chance to respond! Wow, he handed the group a large bag. Cinder opens it up to take a look inside and finds that there are a ton of Exploration Team badges, an Oran Berry for everyone, and a Leader's Scarf.
Sparky: Before you just jump into exploring though, you need a team name! You also need to choose a leader.

"I couldn't be a leader... I mean, just look at me. I think the leader should be decided by vote, if that's OK with you guys. And for our team name, and this is just an idea, but maybe it could be Homecoming, since we're gonna try to come back home to our world..."

I like that name, although we may want to come up with an explanation for it that doesn't give away our secret in case people ask, such as how we can make sure people make it home safely." |
