Team Remnants walks to the information center. It seems empty right now... Behind the counter, a lizardman peeks his head towards the door and looks at his notes.
Treblig: "Ah... Yes... Team Remnants. Right on time...
Hmm... I assume you have a lot of questions. To not overwhelm you with information, I'll start by letting you ask whatever you have in mind. If I feel like you're missing valuable informations afterwards, I'll fill in.

Treblig: "Hmm...
We are currently in the Hub. A town created by various denizens of various world. But I guess I have to start from the beginning.
You might have noticed the shards when you woke up right? Well, turns out a multiverse happening occured. Everyone from every world became something called a "Vitgem". We assume that afterwards, everyone was absorbed in the Great Vitgem. That big crystal thing above the town.
It seems it liberates 4 entities at random times. The first entities to "wake up" quickly realised that their worlds were fused together.
Unofortunately, no one was conscious to know what happened in the undefined number of years everyone was inside the Great Vitgem.
I'm gonna keep it simple, think of this town, called "The Hub" as the link between all the worlds."

Treblig: "We thought about destroying the Great Vitgem, but we quickly decided against it.
Not only does it prevent any violence in The Hub, it also repels any monster trying to approach our town. There's also the fact we don't know what happens if we destroy it. Everyone still inside might die.
We tried other things, like awakening spells, but nothing works.
People are slowly waking up in groups of 4 and they are alive in there. It's only a matter of time before everyone is freed right?
Oh, there's actually something that works. When winning what we call a "Destiny Battle", a strong aura will surround you. You can either use it to receive a legendary piece of equipment or go pray to the Great Vitgem to free someone new."
