"Hmm...well, it might not be the best lead, but there is a legend of a hero with a special bow that could pierce the dark. It was a long time ago, but I remember he wore green clothing and was accompanied by a special Aegislash. He fought a powerful demon long ago. Maybe the weapons were passed down through the family."

"So we break the seal, the demon is free?"
"Yes. You must be ready to either battle the demon or somehow seal it away somewhere else. Keep in mind this demon is even more powerful than your friend here."
"So what was strong enough to put them both in there."
"Probably someone as powerful as Din, Nayru, and Farore themselves. Maybe even stronger."
"Did this gem come from this world?"
"Most definitely not. I think it was constructed specifically to imprison those two."
Rena shrugs and thanks the fairy for the advice. She then heads over to one of the Ralts. "Hey, you should come with me." The Ralts shrugs and says what you assume would be a sure. Rena places it in a Pokeball and puts the Pokeball in one of her pouches. "K, we're done."
"Where are we going now?" Captain Toad asks this while excitedly rocking back and forth on his feet. He's been having fun exploring these rare forest sights.

"Hold on a minute, sugar." Flurrie takes the Eye Gem and places it into the fairy fountain water. After a while, Waite comes up out of the water with the sparkling fairy water around it. It looks at Flurrie and its eye turns green and then yellow. "Good to see you again, sugar. Now, can you tell Flurrie how you ended up stuck in that gem?"
Waite's eye turns red and it shifts into the form of a hooded man.
"Oh my, who is that? Can you understand what Waite is saying, Great Fairy?"
"No, it's hard to tell. Even if I could, I pick up on what the demon is saying too, so it's a little mixed."
"Do you know who can break this seal on you?"
Waite returns to its normal form and thinks a moment as its eye changes to a purple color. It then shifts into the form of some kind of priest holding a staff.
"Hmm..." Flurrie thinks a moment before Rena pokes her Ralts and calls it Mr. Fish.
"Maybe we'll find out if we keep moving ahead." Captain Toad suggests this and Cth looks up at him and nods.
"Alright, Cth, can you help us find the next town?" Cth nods and then darts off with the party following behind.
The party finds their way over to a large city with multiple buildings. It looks like there are a lot of places to go here. There's a museum of ancient artifacts, an ancient temple that is now a tourist attraction, a huge market selling all kinds of things, A restaurant that specializes in Pokemon battles, and various Pokemon training facilities. It looks like a lot of them have targets moving around and your Pokemon break them. Cth takes the party over to a Pokemon Gym and points to it. This must be the place with the battles he was talking about.
One of the townspeople then notice Cth and shout at him. "HEY, THAT'S THE PIKACHU THAT STOLE MY WALLET!" Cth looks surprised and then jumps behind Flurrie, hiding behind her. "YOU CAN'T HIDE FROM ME, PIKACHU!" The man starts to run toward you all.
What will you do?

Flurrie grabs the man and smacks him across the face before looking him in the eyes. "You are a very naughty boy. Apologize to my baby Cth and leave him alone. Cth has changed and is a lovely little hero now."
"...Sorry...?"
Flurrie drops him. "Good, now get along out of here. I don't want to see you and your grumpy little face again." The man then runs off after scrambling to his feet.
"Impressive." Rena watches the man run with a satisfied nod.
"I was hoping stage presence meant something else..." Nogeko is visibly disappointed.

"ME! I WANT TO GO FIRST!" Nogeko runs up with Pidercat in his arms.
"You got it." The man pushes a few buttons on a remote and the wall opens up to reveal a Caterpie specific break the targets course. It looks like a forest with trees and bushes throughout the area. There are three targets up in the treetops, four place on the ground, two pinned to the tree trunks, and one that is hidden from view at the moment. The clock starts and begins to count down quickly. Pidercat only has a few minutes to break all the targets as fast as possible.

Pidercat spits a string at one of the treetops and takes out a target, boosting forward to hit another target on the tree trunk. He continues onward and repeats the combination until he destroys all the targets in the treetops and pinned to the trunks. There are five targets left on the ground and one that is hidden somewhere. The clock is ticking down!

Pidercat swings from the branches, smashing into any targets it can see. It manages to take out the rest of the visible targets, but as it swings up to the tree branch for a better view of the area, time runs out. Pidercat manages to take out 9/10 targets. Once Pidercat returns from training, it begins to be surrounded in a bright light. Pidercat slowly changes forms and evolves into Metapod! Congratulations! Pidercat learns Harden as well. Nogeko finds this to be a useful skill in multiple situations.
What will you do next?

Rena steps up with Mr. Fish at her side. "I'm next."
"Good luck." The man with the afro pushes a button and the wall closes before opening to reveal a special course for Ralts. It looks like there are five normal targets, two floating targets, and three targets within a special force field that cancels out psychic abilities. The clock begins ticking down as Mr. Fish steps into the training area.

Mr. Fish looks over at the normal target and uses Confusion to smash them all together into each other. She then teleports over the forcefield and drops down on top of one of the targets. She tries to teleport again to smash the others by landing on them, but her psychic ability is blocked by the barrier. She then instead walks over to each target and hits it with her hand to break them. In only a couple of minutes, she manages to clear the course.
When she walks out of the training arena, she seems a bit stronger. Mr. Fish learned Disarming Voice and Lucky Chant.
"Are you done with training today or do you have more 'mons to train?" The man with the afro asks this while dancing in place. His Ludicolo spin around at his sides.

Flurrie and John Cena are up first. As Flurrie sends out John, the walls close and open to reveal the Machop target training. There are four large boulders blocking the way forward, each with targets on them. Past them is a platform with three boulders on it and three moving and floating targets that are too far to reach with physical attacks. The ground of that platform appears cracked as well. It may be breakable with a strong force.

John smashes through all the boulders quickly with his strength before standing on the last boulder and tossing boulder shards at all the floating targets. Finally, he smashes the boulder he's standing on to break the last target. With the practice over, John walks out and flexes his muscles, showing off. He's learned a move from his training! Next up, Scruff heads on in to practice. The wall changes to an area with lots of tall grass. The targets must all be hidden within. Three of them jumps in and out from time to time, but the rest will have to be found somehow.

Scruff runs over to the targets he's able to see already and hits them with tackle. He then manages to sniff out the others, destroying them one by one as he finds them. He returns victorious and stronger than before. He's learned some new moves! In fact, Scruff is surrounded in a white light. As he changes forms, Scruff turns from a Poochyena into a Mightyena! Congratulations! Scruff has evolved! The man with the afro dances in place as he asks if you have any other Pokemon to train.

Camdog is sent out and the wall changes to reveal an Oddish themed target course.
Various targets can be seen pinned up on trees and floating in the air. The only ones that stand out are three floating in and out of the tall grass. The other seven seem fairly normal, aside from moving from side to side.

Camdog runs around and manages to smash about half the targets before time runs out. It seems like the strategy was good enough to hit all the targets, but not fast enough. Nonetheless, Camdog appears to be stronger.
What will you do next?

The party leaves the training facility. The town is the same as before. There's a museum of ancient artifacts, an ancient temple that is now a tourist attraction, a huge market selling all kinds of things, A restaurant that specializes in Pokemon battles, and various Pokemon training facilities.
