Rena attempts to meow at the cat and it states at her. Seiberg asks if it is lost and it just looks at him. As Hope attempts to pet the cat, a bell can be heard making a slight jingle as its eyes flash for a moment. The cat jumps out of the way and Hope falls face first into the fountain. "What was that!?"

The cat stands around on the ground, watching the party as Nogeko charges toward it. The bell sounds again and Nogeko trips on a chair and crashes into the wall. Was that there before? The cat's eyes glow a little and it starts to lick it's paw. Seiberg notices there are a few connections here. "Have you noticed the bell that cat is wearing on its collar? It may be altering the area around it somehow."
Hope crosses her arms. "I heard that black cats are considered unlucky."
La Rena yawns. "This is boring. Why are we here?"

Nogeko offers the strange cat a shiny coin and shows it his porn, but the cat just looks at him, uninterested. The bell on its collar rings and the cat's eyes flash as Nogeko loses balance where he is standing and falls into the fountain, ruining his porn and getting it wet. Nogeko just lays down in the fountain and cries.
What will you do?

La Rena takes out a fish and offers it to the black cat. It looks at it for some time before looking up at La Rena. The cat then takes the fish and eats it, taking its time. Once finished eating the fish, the cat starts to follow around Rena. It seems to have joined?

The group splits up to search the room closer. La Rena and Unlucky Cat check out the fountain further. That's odd...there's some sort of...plug here. Wonder what that's for. Seiberg checks out the doors. They're locked tightly and won't be moving at all. It's almost as if something unnatural is holding them shut. Daniel looks at the cat statues closer. They don't seem very special. Just two stone statues of cats. Each one is holding up one paw to welcome people into the elevator. Nogeko wanders off to go search a nearby chair, but the Unlucky Cat's bell rings as the chair flips over on top of Nogeko. He kicks around and yells. "I'M STUCK AND GONNA DIE IN A CHAIR!" The Unlucky Cat gives an evil grin.

La Rena ignores the plug, leaving it alone and quickly scans the water for anything important. She finds 50 Coins and puts them away. La Rena then pets K while Seiberg and Daniel look around the room some more. Seiberg gives up on the door and starts checking the chairs, rescuing the screaming Nogeko. Daniel looks at the cat statue curiously and hears La Rena ask K about the statues. He then has an idea and pushes the cat paw. With a click, the paw moves like a lever and the statue explodes apart into pieces, revealing a small, elegant treasure chest inside. Opening it up, it contains multiple, small, pearl shaped objects. Daniel places the small chest away, storing it. Seiberg curiously stares at the other statue and does the same thing. With a click, the paw moves like a lever and something can be heard shifting within the elevator. Daniel looks to his allies. "Think that was it? The treasure?"
La Rena picks up her kitty and holds it, carrying the cat over to the others. "Yeah. Let's go take a nap."
Nogeko runs toward La Rena. "I'LL TAKE A NAP WITH YOU!" The bell rings and Nogeko trips over another chair, falling on his face.
The party returns to the elevator, finding a tea party within. Flurrie is full on decked out for this party and offers some tea to Captain Toad. Captain Toad is wearing some makeup Flurrie clearly put on him, but is enjoying the party. Waite is sitting there wearing a hat, but clearly has no idea what is going on. Hope sits with her arms crossed angrily at the tea party, not dressed up at all. "I. Hate. Tea parties." The main party looks at them confused, except Nogeko. Nogeko is imagining this as some kinky porn. "Hey, guys, what is this?" Daniel points out a special panel of buttons on the other side of the elevator door, opposite to the normal floor buttons. They have the word "Bonus" written above them. B Floor 1 is lit up, but the other nine are not.
Which floor will you go to?

Flurrie pushes the button for B Floor 1. The elevator moves down and the doors open to show what looks like an entire casino. There are all kinds of games and machines here. Who will go though?
Who will you send on this floor?

Nogeko, Flurrie, La Rena, and K head out of the elevator. They notice this casino is rather large. All kinds of different games are around here. There's two different exchange counters set up as well. One looks like somewhere you can get prizes and the other looks like somewhere you exchange your money for some kind of credits. The games around the area are Slots, Blackjack, Roulette, and Chocobo Racing.

Nogeko runs around the place asking for free credits and searches the ground for credits as well. After searching around for some time, he manages to gather up 10 Bonus Credits. Meanwhile, Flurrie goes over to the Credit Counter and notices a red haired woman with a flower in her hair is running it. It's actually Flora. "Hey, how can I help you?"
"I'd like to exchange 100 Gil for some Bonus Credits, dear."
"Okay. That will give you one credit." Flurrie hands over the coins and receives the credits on a little card.

Flurrie attempts to exchange 100 Poke and Flora just looks at her. "Is this a joke? I KNOW Poke is way easier to come by. No way will 100 even get you ONE Bonus Credit. You aren't pulling anything on my watch."
Nogeko tries to get some Bonus Credits by playing his air guitar, but he's mostly ignored.

"Would you mind telling me the exchange rates then, sweetie?"
"Okay, listen up. Coins and Gil have the same value. 100 Gil or Coins for 1 Bonus Credit. Poke, Triple Yen, and Points are 1,000 for 1 Bonus Credit. I can exchange your Bonus Credits back into whatever you'd like at any time. I can also exchange your money to other kinds. Like Gil to Coins. Or Poke to Triple Yen. Did you get all that? You can spend Bonus Credits on prizes over at my brother's counter or use them on other Bonus Floors."

Flurrie checks out the prize counter run by a man that looks very similar to Flora. He's definitely her brother. It's Rain. "Hey, welcome. Did you want to buy something? We've got all kinds of things here, so if you want something, just name it. I'll look into getting it for you and tell you the price depending on how hard it is to get. You got all that, right?"

"Those, huh? They're incredibly difficult to come across. I'm afraid it will take up 10,000 Bonus Credits. That's about 1,000,000 Gil. The bomber, however, will not cost quite as much. Somewhere around...30? 35? Yeah, that sounds right."

"Ah, yes, we have quite the assortment of costumes that change your appearance. I believe players call them Skins. Or sometimes Alternate Costumes. There's a variety of names. They change your appearance without changing your abilities. Each set is only 10 Credits. My sister and I will help you get dressed up as well."
While Flurrie speaks with Rain, La Rena checks out the races with K. It looks like there's two ways to play. Either enter the race yourself or simply bet Credits. You'll need a character fit for racing against the Chocobos. Luckily, K actually qualifies if you want to enter a race.

K enters the races and looks around at her opponents. It's mostly Yellow Chocobos. There is one Red Chocobo, however. They each have different abilities as well. Better pay attention to those. Each one can only be used once.
Yellow Chocobo - Frenzy Squawk: Causes the opponent in front to run at top speed, but quickly become tired. Yellow Chcobo - Steal: Steals a nearby opponent's ability, making it possible for the user to use, but not the opponent. Yellow Chocobo - Dash: Gives a sudden burst of speed, but will tire out the user faster. Yellow Chocobo - Snaring Thorns: Entangles all nearby opponents in thorns, holding them in place and destroying their stamina. Yellow Chocobo - Cure: Restores the user's stamina by a little. Yellow Chocobo - Holy Water: Heals all status effects for user and restores some stamina. Red Chocobo - Meteor: Hits the opponent in first place with a meteor, causing an explosion that destroys their stamina and everyone around them's stamina. K - Misfortune: Causes all nearby enemies to suddenly crash.
The racers all get ready and Rena puts down 6 Credits on K. After a countdown, the gates fly open and the racers are off. K doesn't run quite as fast as the Chocobos, running just barely behind all of them at 8th Place. The Red Chocobo clearly runs faster than the others, running just ahead at 1st. The Yellow Chocobos all fill in the inbetween since they are about evenly matched.
