Cinder stands back and waits for it to fall asleep due to the yawn. I need to take a less active roll in the fights here if I want to avoid being KO'ed, even if we can regenerate a little bit of HP between fights similar to how you get healed by walking around in the games (which I doubt).

The first Omanyte on Werp is approached by Paula as she waves her tail at it. The Omanyte sneezes and tumbles off of Werp as he then yawns at it. The Omanyte yawns as well and suddenly feels drowsy. Cinder stays back to avoid getting hurt and hides behind Snorx. Snorx waves his hands back and forth while the battle goes on. The other Omanyte shoots a Water Gun at Paula as her gauge drops down a bit. Snorx finishes waving his hands around as he points to the Omanyte that attacked Paula. A Thunderbolt blasts out from his hands and blasts away the Omanyte into nothing. The other Omanyte attempts to climb onto Werp again, but falls asleep and tumbles down off. Cinder then scratches the Omanyte to attack as it falls. Werp's gauge is at about two thirds full.

The Omanyte Cinder had scratched wakes up as Cinder distracts it with a Tail Whip. It watches Cinder's tail as Werp and Snorx both tackle the Omanyte at the same time, defeating the shadow. The team seems pretty happy as the song plays again from their badges with a flash of light. The number goes from six to seven for everyone. Paula feels a new power from within as she gains the power of Play Nice! Everyone continues on not long before reaching a point where the cave leads underwater. Everyone can tell something is up ahead...

Cinder uses his Oran Berry. If we're fighting a boss that has a type advantage against me, I'm gonna need to have more than half health.

Pretty sure Werp can tank another hit or two Werp stays in the lead ready to yawn at foes.

Cinder eats his Oran Berry since there's some preparation time and he feels pretty refreshed. He notices his gauge go all the way back up to full. All of the Pokemon seem ready as they all jump on in the water. Werp leads the way and is surprisingly faster in the water. As they swim down to the bottom of the pool of water, they notice something. The many vials of water are just resting at the bottom. Werp swims down to retrieve them, but as he starts to pick them up, the water begins to rumble. A shadow Blastoise comes charging in and swipes the vials from Werp as he is knocked back. Werp looks around as the Blastoise is holding both Paula and Cinder. They're both running out of air! Snorx is determined to save his friends and tackles the Blastoise, knocking it away as it lets go of the two. Snorx holds on tightly to his friends as Werp swims everyone back up to the surface quickly. They all gasp for air as everyone gets out of the water, but the Blastoise soon leaps out of the water and lands. It's holding the vials! Everyone is prepared to battle!

Cinder uses Ember around Snorx to hit it without putting himself in danger. It may not do much, but it's the best I can do without getting close to that thing!

Werp Yawns decently sure that growl wouldn't do much.
