Fascinate makes it so the chosen target cannot target you.
So this skill makes it so every party member can pick a target to inflict Fascinate on.
I balanced it in a way so it can't be "autowin" the fights with the "unusable against a single enemy" condition.
For example, if we're 4 players VS 2 enemies. Player 1 and 2 decide to inflict Fascinate on enemy 1. Enemy can therefore only attack Player 3 and 4. Player 3 and 4 therefore have inflicted Fascinate on Enemy 2, whom is then only able to target player 3 and 4.
