Eh. Nora's not the type to go to the park at night on her own, and I don't think there's currently much else she could do even if she wanted to. So I think she'll just head home.

She could go to the mall that night, yes. If she's just going home you'll basically pick a stat to boost.
Chess is INT/KNOW to set up your plan and KIND/UNDERSTANDING to read the enemy's.
That skill... essentially charms the whole enemy team for a guaranteed kill and lockdown until then? That's way too good for a level 2 skill. Either remove the part about all enemies hitting that one or make the chance very very low.

It's fine it gives me a chance to talk to Avalon. Maybe she's the mystery farmer that helped us in the mall.
By the way she kinda of wants to talk to Dewey ever since she talked with Mareena that night. Since she can put two and two together and she did ask Mereena if you were trust worthy. So at the very least she will trade numbers with you and say call later we need to talk about stuff.
If only you didn't come of all afternoon the afternoon before Raine's party.
