Like he suddenly posts twice, with two links at the end, which I obviously don't dare to click, in totally the wrong boards.

Sure, you can ban him. You're in charge now, so you do what you think is right. If something's sketchy, go ahead and do away with it.

Two things, this should have gone in the staff board as everyone can see it.
Secondly, I wouldn't just up and ban him. He technically hasn't done anything wrong yet and I'd rather not have the forum in trouble.
