All the major events happened in the afternoon - Alice and her mom showing up - but the festival started in the morning and you could've signed at any time. And Dewey hadn't done anything in the morning, so I assumed you wanted him there in the morning.

Alice's mom pushes her off. With some effort and plenty of help, she manages to leave a footprint with her unbroken leg. Tom and Mattea leave their own marks next to hers, and Alice

Mareena giggles and saunters off to sign the poster.
You look around and see Kiran just finishing up signing the poster.

As the festival winds down, you're (almost) all free to go as a few of the art people stick around to clean up.
Everyone but Zack, Buttons, Raine, and Viola are here, though Alice and Tom are getting into the limo to leave and Somnis is trying to convince Tia to go.

Arcadia decides to talk to Kiran, walking up beside him and checking out his signature. "Man, the property value on this banner's gonna plummet with your name on it, Kiran. Lemme counter that by addin' THE AWESOME ARCADIA'S autograph real quick." Arcadia puts on a sly grin, leaving a handprint on the poster and writing her name in extravagant cursive.
"So, got plans for tonight? Maybe, like... I dunno, a date with someone or somethin'?" Arcadia sways back and forth while humming to herself, obviously expecting some sort of answer.

"Oh, hel-." She pauses and clears her throat. Her voice seems to deepen a bit. "Hello, Floyd."

"Oh, you... actually came," Natsumi says. "Well, uh... Let's get started. Cleaning! Started cleaning. Then we can... L-let's get started cleaning!"

Grant shrugs. "I... guess? I don't really get it, though. Is this sort of thing normal for you guys?"
