You get to the park just as the sun's starting you set.
It's evening, so... By then Lisa's going to be sitting with Lance and a small pile of books in one of the shelters.
Annnnd I can't think of any other NPCs that would be there but I'll add some more later if I need to. You're here for a reason, so it doesn't matter much.
You see Natsumi sitting on a low-hanging tree branch near the small river. She's on her phone.
"And how much would it cost to rent part of the park? That much!? Our budget- wait, did I mention it's for a school function? OK, we can afford that. And I just bring the paperwork to... OK, got it. Thank you, bureaucrat-person!"
She hangs up. She doesn't seem to have noticed you.

Does Dewey have enough knowledge to recognize the species of fish? That could probably make a good (if somewhat awkward and clunky) conversation starter.

I'm trying to mod that one for more speed, that one's already tuned for better lifespan - managed to get a 10% improvement mostly by shaving off some weight and smoothing out some of the parts - and this one's my baby," she beams. "Handmade. I'm getting it ready for a race in two weeks."

"Handmade? That's amazing!" I say while reminiscing on my experience with drones. He had quite a lot of knowledge about them, but falls short of weapons in terms of knowledge. He has dismantled some pre-made ones and reasssembled them, however. To his knowledge, making a drone isn't very cheap, so he never got around to making one. And he's more interested in the control system than the drone itself. He once made a voice control system to a drone's remote control.
I again watch her customizing her drones. I see if I can help. If I notice something that could be done better, I point it out to her. If I didn't know somehing about the drones, I make sure to ask her how it works or what it is.
After some more time has passed, I ask, "Say, isn't making a drone expensive? Where'd you get the materials?" I then wait for her response.

When you offer to help, Lisa shakes her head. "I don't normally mind pointers, but I want any help on my Baby. I want to see how much I can do on my own. Call it a point of pride. If you have ideas for the others that's fine, though. And if you wanna know about all the finer points of making drones, you should come Robotics Clubs meetings. We're doing basic computer programming stuff now. But we'll move to mechanical and electrical stuff soonish."
When you ask about the money, Lisa becomes flustered. She starts blushing more and more as she goes on. "That's... I do... stuff. Stuff on the internet and stuff. Not... anything bad or illegal or anything. Just stuff I don't like people to know about. N-not because it's wrong or anything, it's just weird people knowing that sort of stuff!"

Natsumi, rather than turning back to face you, leans back until you worry she's going to fall out of the tree. She drops to dangle upside-down, holding herself up with her legs. It puts the two of you right at eye level. "You can! At least the shelters. I just decided I'm going to try to put together a special event for the art club this Saturday." She reaches up to smooth her clothes down. "But I'll need more than one volunteer... Hey, you're really cute! Would you be too shy to model in a fashion show?"

Leia seems to try to position herself under Natsumi, to catch her if she falls, when she starts her movement. The pig-tailed girl is close to panicking until Natsumi ends her movement right in front of her face.
"You seem to have experience climbing tree... You do this often?
Special Art event heh? I'll show up, after all the deal is that I come to your things while you come to the Soccer games if I make the team right?"
Leia analyzes the last bit and seems to jump backwards, startled.
"Me? Cute? Model? Fashion show?
Huh...
Huh...
Huh...
I don't think I'm especially a model of beauty...
It would depend on the clothes..."

"Oh, you wouldn't be wearing clothes," Natsumi says. "Ah... Well, you'd be wearing something. But you'd be showing off some kind of body art. Like one of those living statues or something! I already have a few ideas... Of course, if you're too modest, I'll need painters and flier-hanger-people as much as models."

At the mention of body art, Leia suddenly remembers last night's events. She pulls her sleeve up and look to see if the tatoo is still there... Nothing... The confusion on her face is very apparent. She seems lost in thoughts.

She pauses. "Oh, right, we were gonna watch the sunset together! Here, I'll help you up!" She swings up into a more stable position and offers you a hand.
