"Um. Anyway. What happened at the mall last night?" Raine asks. "Avel and I left a bit early, so... I heard some weird rumors, but... um... Y'know?"

You run after Ilya and catch her waiting at the bus station. She turns and notices your approach. She raises an eyebrow at you, but doesn't do anything so drastic as greet you or something.

"They're twins!" Fox adds.
"Wait, Freya did what now!?" Raine demands. "She didn't say anything about anything happening last night! Oh, she's been acting strange all day...! I swear, I'm going to... going to... sit her down and have a nice, long talk with her!"

"My thoughts? Sure. 'I still can not land that triple axel. I do not think I can improve my spin speed by much more. Not easily, anyway. It would be more efficient to practice improving my jump height. I should find a way to practice that.'" Ilya rattles off. She crosses her arms, then holds one hand up in a half-shrug. "So now I am off to practice that. Come if you wish." She casually turns and hops onto the bus platform as it pulls up.

Oh if your not busy you can come to my house. Mom and dad are at work and they usually don't get home til later.
"Oh and don't worry Mr. Fox the ferret will be in my room,".
"As far as what happened some weird plastic mannequin thing appeared,". "It was acting all weird and was trying to attack a stranger,". "Me and another person tripped it while it was chasing a stranger,". "Then I smacked it with my purse," Sam says matter of fact.
"Oh there is something else but well we can go to my place and talk about it more and private,". "It's really strange and for all I know the robot mannequin thing attacked me so hard I passed out and imagined this,". "But there were others and well I want to ask you guys in private because it was so surreal,".

Ilya shrugs and takes a seat. The bus is... completely empty, other than the two of you. And that's when you notice the bus is heading to the beach. Uh... weird. Well. If nothing else, this is a good chance for you to talk without being overheard.

Raine looks at you, looks at Fox, looks at you, looks at the stores nearby, looks at you, looks at the sidewalk, you, the sky, you, then takes a deep breath and closes her eyes. "I'm sorry I really can't tonight I have to go shopping because Freya's birthday is this week and every year she gets me a really nice present but I can never afford to get her anything but this year I actually have some money so I can finally afford to get her something really nice like she's been doing every year but I don't know what to get her so Fox is helping me look for stuff and Ireallyhavetofindsomethingandyoucanjoinusifyouwanttohelp?ButIreallycan'thangouttonightIpromisewecantalktomorrowifthat'sOKpleasedon'thateme..." She's panting by the time she finishes and hesitantly blinks a few times.

Sam is looking very confused at what Raine said. She's almost trying to replay what Raine just said in her head but at a slower pace.
She eventually picked up on shopping and birthday presents and she's invited.
She also picked up on meeting tomm.
"Thank you so much for inviting me Ms. Raine,". "It would be an honor to go shopping with you and Mr. Fox,". "Plus maybe I can help you shop for you sister if you don't me telling you a little bit about what she would like,".
"Also yeah we can meet up after school and I can tell you a little more about what happened,". "Where we meet up it doesn't matter, can be my place, your place, school it doesn't matter,".
"Oh and Mr. Fox as long as Ms. Raine is okay with you coming along," Sam says to Mr. Fox.

"Hm? Um... Or course I don't mind if you join us, Fox," she says.
"I got invited somewhere! Er, by someone besides Katie!" Fox says. "Nice."
"Y-yay?" Raine says. "Anyway, about my sister. Freya. Well... She likes sports? A lot? She's really good at it, too."
"Freakily good," Fox adds.
Raine frowns at him, then continues. "I guess could get her some sports equipment? For sportsing? Most of her stuff is borrowed from the school, maybe she'd like some of her own? But I don't know so much about it."
Fox bounces. "She likes more than just sports, though! She also likes... um..."
"She likes my cooking?" Raine says. "Or maybe she's just being polite... Um, maybe I could get her something useful instead of something she'd like?" She rubs her cheeks. "Oh, I just don't know where to start...!"
Floyd
"Not really. The president seems interesting, but she has been too busy for chatting," Ilya says. "I met two other exchange students. One of them seems fine. The other is an idiot."
