Floyd is busy wondering where Alice is going so late at night and if Newvit is getting more transfers so almost runs head first into Ilya noticing her in the nick of time to stop on his heels. "Oh hi Illya.... how was your week" he asks taking the chance to take a swig of his own water bottle.

Floyd (evening)
Illya frowns. "Dull," she says. "I didn't make any progress. I'm annoyed."
Gabriel, Aron (evening)
You head over to the address you were given and run into a tall guy with messy brown hair.
A senior-looking girl with wavy, red hair in a stylish, green dress and heels steps out of the restaurant. "Aron and Gabriel, I assume? Mattea Tarea, student body president. Did you have any trouble finding this place?"

"No, it worked out pretty well for me," Gabriel says before he turns to Aron. "I think I saw you around the mall earlier. I would have introduced myself if I had known we would be classmates. I got a bit caught up. I'm Gabriel, and it's nice to meet you."
He extends a hand to Aron and gives a lopsided grin.

Aron returns Gabriel's shake with a toothy smile.
"Hey, no problem!" He laughs. "I'm not often taken for a highschooler anyway! Get the feeling you know what I mean."
He turns to Mattea and adds a "Not at all, by the way."
Although he's trying to maintain a formal posture, Aron finds it difficult to not seem overly relaxed in Gabriel's company already.

"Glad to see you two getting along so quickly," Mattea says. "It always helps to have some other new guy with you, right? Come on, let's go order and get to know each other a bit better."
Inside the restaurant you're quickly seated and given menus. Very fancy menus with a fancy typeset. The prices aren't insane, but they're more than you'd want to pay for a sandwich... which seems to be their specialty.

"Yes. I am," Illya says. There's another awkward silence. "...Uh, but you could get better. If you tried."
Nora (Afternoon)
You head to the library. It's surprisingly well-stocked. A book catches your eye, and you end up spending most of the afternoon looking through it... Whoops. Should probably find something else to do tonight.

Dewey, Sam
You head downtown and look around for a bit. You find the warehouse that you think is correct... but you're not entirely sure. You wait around somewhere inconspicuous until midnight, then head to the gate. Then you run into a problem: a lock. While you're debating what to do, you get a message from Fox and Katie.
"Foooooound it, at the train station."
Kaaaarl
You follow Katie. The first thing she does is meet up with Fox. He pulls out a drone and shows it to her. They excitedly run off and test it, flying it around downtown for a while. They get a lot of dirty looks from people, but no one says anything. As it gets later, they go grab dinner, then head to the train station for some reason? While they look around, you notice a steel-grey portal open up at the entrance.
"Yay!" Katie says. "New portal!" She starts to run towards it.
"Wait... We should message the others, first," Fox tells her.
"Oh... Right," she says. She takes out her phone and fires off a message, then runs towards the portal again. She skids to a stop. "Kaaaaaarl! Come on, already! You've been following us all night..."

Floyd let's lose a huge smile "Really you think so? That's a great idea maybe if you teach me how to do the stuff you do you'll remember something you forgot that's blocking your progress or something" he says excitedly the awkward pauses clearly not affecting him

Aron decides to order something middle-of-the-road by the menu's standard, a pulled-pork sandwich which had a decent variety of toppings. With his mind made up with its usual speed, he looks at the menu for a quick icebreaker.
"Craft beer menu. I'm guessing I can't order from that." He jokes. "Thank you again for inviting us, Ms. Tarea. I have a few questions about my new school, but I'd like you to feel free to ask me anything too."
