Levi steps back and continues the attack. Dragon is starting to slow down.

Morgan lets out a cooling breeze. This one has a more noticeable effect, and you all actually enjoy a moment of relief from the heat. Tia takes a wide stance, readying a javelin.

Dragon, in an effort to overcome the wind, starts flapping his wings and produces a powerful gust. It sends everyone sliding back. Levi falls off the edge of the cliff, losing his ability to fly in the force of all the crosswinds. He manages to catch the edge, but it's all he can do to hang on.

Tia slides until her back foot slides off the edge, then she forcefully whips around, throwing a javelin that pierces Dragon's scales. Thenshe notices Levi. "Hang on, I'm coming! Morgan, keep him busy!"

You can feel something in the air shift, almost imperceptibly. Tia pauses, glancing at the sky. She seems... upset, but it's hard to say how.

Mercia activated Water Resonance!
Mercia activated Wind Resonance!
Mercia activated Soul Resonance!

Power of these elements increased!

Far: Morgan, Tia
Danger: Levi

Levi's voice echoes, damaging Dragon.

Morgan attacks Dragon, slashing him repeatedly. He grabs her in his jaws, shaking her twice before slamming her to the ground and sending her skittering back. It deals major damage to her. Her key is starting to crack.

Tia reaches down and helps Levi up. "Come on, keep going!"

"ENOUGH!" Dragon bellows. He becomes entirely engulfed in flames. The wind and rain are cooling the surrounding area, but the flames surrounding his body see unquenchable.

Far: Levi, Morgan, Tia
Very Far: Mercia, technically

Levi yells at Dragon as he walks forward. The force of the blow causes his flames to flicker, then spring back to life.

Dragon launches a fireball at Levi. It deals severe damage and knocks him back. Large cracks are visible in Levi's key, and it's letting out a loud, whining sound.

Morgan advances and unleashes a cool breeze. The cracks in her key disappear, while Levi's key just stops letting out that screeching sound.

Dragon swings his tail, striking Morgan and Tia and knocking them back. The flames covering his body lash out, hitting everyone again. Morgan's key and Levi's both are letting out that piercing whine. Dragon starts inhaling, preparing for his next attack.

Morgan manages to silence the keys, but the large cracks are still there.

Tia calmly and patiently waits for her chance.

Levi's echoing shout lands, then his next one. The flames surrounding Dragon flicker, and Tia throws her spear. It pierces right through his scales the instant the spear she threw upwards lands.

Dragon's flames don't come back. Without warning, he collapses. Just as suddenly, the temperature plummets and you're left in a torrential rain.

"This... is the way it should be... The weak should perish... to make way for the strong... Laura, be..."

With that, Dragon fades, leaving behind a pile of scales and a small, red-glowing sphere...

Obtained Fire Soul!
Obtained Scale of Dragon x1 each!
