Oh wait I completely forgot about this skill.
Morgan uses Summon Wolf Cub.
A cute lil wolf cub appears by Morgan's side and just lets loose a cute bark.
Morgan will use the Wolf Cub to scout the area and keep watch for any sneak attacks.

Kiran shrugs. "I dunno. I just... Somehow, I felt like I could trust you." He takes your hand. "I can trust you, right...? Arcadia?"
Dewey
Dewey takes a seat and watches for any possible ambush. He sees none. Of course, Dewey couldn't spot the broad side of a barn cow. But there aren't many places to hide around here. The only way to really ambush someone would be to leap from the top of a cliff, burst out of the wall, jump out of the water, or... dig out from under the sand.
...Something digs out from under the sand as a pair of fish jump out of the water!
The fish are the same kind you've seen before, but this sand-creature looks like a giant hermit crab, twice the size of Dewey's head in a blood-red shell! Kiran groans and comes running over. "Dammit, I was trying to flirt!"

"I don't," Tom says.
"Nope," Somnis adds.
"Ssssss..." Tia shakes her head no.
"Guess we better not take too much damage, then," Somnis reasons. "We can always run if things get too dicey. We have plenty of backup."
Morgan sends out a scout-pup. It runs around the wide-open beach, alerting you to all zero of the potential hiding places an ambush could come from. It starts sniffing at the ground and clawing at the ground. Then it yelps, pulling away from the hole it was digging. There's a claw around its snout. The pup fades as a large crab in a blood-red shell comes skittering out.
A pair of fish leap out of the water and join the fight...

"That's more like it," Mattea says. "You should follow Li'l Leia's example, Tai. Ladies love a go-getter."
Natsumi groans from her crater. You aren't sure if she's groaning because of Mattea's comment, or Tai's comment about slaughtering wildlife. From the sadness in the noise, probably the latter.
You don't have to look hard. You find a large hermit-crab-looking thing and a pair of fish and pick up the fight.

Examine the Steadfast Shell. After the battle (so a few turns from now anyways) Dewey will take out a small pocket journal which already has the Bestiary entries of everything else he's encountered in the Other World and transfer its entry to it, by updating this with each monster we can have a version of the Bestiary in-universe which can exist outside of the Other World.

Levi, Morgan
Levi starts to once again transform into the mighty Thunderbutt. He asks Tom to throw a chain between the fish, and Tom obliges. "Alright." He links the two together. They'll share damage next turn.
Somnis throws a blinding flashbomb, then disappears. One of the fish seems to be blinded. The blinded fish leaps at Tia, but she ducks under it. The other splashes water at everyone, but it doesn't really do anything. The crab walks over to Tom and flicks its claw into his shin. "Ack! What...!?" He flips his helmet open and glares daggers at it. He's been Provoked.
Tia tosses a spear straight into the air.
Morgan uses Cool Breeze. She heals the miniscule damage done by the water droplets and the little scratch on Tom's shin.
Not... a lot really happened, huh?
Leia, Tai
Leia summons her demon-"friend" and starts running and screaming along the beach. Tai fires a flurry of bullets at one of the fish. It seems to be OK with this turn of events.
Buttons looks at Tai, then lets a spirit out of his lantern. It darts around his head. He feels warm. And stronger. Natsumi looks at Buttons, then siphons one of his spirits. Her cat comes back, leaping off her shoulder to fire off a bolt of lightning at the crab. It doesn't even notice...
Mattea struts confidently towards the crab. She sidesteps as one of the fish leap at her. The other tackles Buttons. Mattea reaches the crab, leans down, and starts muttering something to it. Its claw suddenly snaps out and slaps her in the face. "Ow! You little...!" She starts stomping on its shell. Looks like she failed to charm it, but it Provoked her.
Dewey, Arcadia
Dewey opens his book and analyzes the crab.
"Steadfast Shell.
Element: Earth.
Threat Level: C.
Weakness: Wind, Poison.
Resistance: Earth, Water, Electric, Fire, Neutral, Soul, Plant, Physical.
More information will be added to the Bestiary after post-battle analysis."
Kiran summons a large sword and stabs it into the crab. The crab stands its ground. Arcadia fires a barrage of sparks at the crab. It stands its grown. And doesn't seem like it can really be slowed down much. Fox slashes the crab. It stands its ground. Katie runs past the crab and slashes one of the fish. As soon as she lands a blow, the crab snaps its claw at her and bops her nose. She yelps like a puppy and rubs her snout. She stares at the crab angrily. "Grrrrr...!" Looks like she's been Provoked...
The fish she scratched slaps her back. The other splashes water at the group. Everyone flinches, remembering the attacks from before - but everyone barely feels the water. Katie shakes the droplets from her fur.
