Somnis' head snaps around to Morgan. "CUTE AND FURRY!" She proceeds to tackle Morgan to the ground once more. She resumes the petting session, though now she seems more interested in Morgan's ears. "We're just talking about what to do now that Mercia knows who Tia is," she explains.
Arcadia, Dewey
"Excuse me, could you guys help a bit? We're might, y'know... die..." Kiran calls out.
Somnis pauses petting her new pet bunny-person. "You're fi-i-i-ine! We'll step in if you're in any real trouble."
"Ugh, fine!" Kiran flips open his sleeve. There's nothing there! Knives start raining from the heavens on all the enemies. Arcadia rushes in behind him and slashes the fish again. Dewey retreats from the crab and fires a thunderbolt at the fish.
"You're done!" Fox calls. He leaps into the air and slices the fish's head off.
The crab retreats into the sand. Katie drops to all fours and starts digging after it, but the crab is long gone. Her tail straightens and she growls.

"So... what now?" Fox asks. "We should have enough stuff to make some fire-resistant armor. Or maybe we could look for some more of those eye-thingies. They seem really watery."

"Ugh, Tai. Be more decisive!" Mattea says. "Ladies love a man who knows exactly what he wants."
"I have enough material," Buttons says.
"Same here. We should all have enough. Remember, you'll need 5 of the same thing as the base material, and up to 3 other materials as modifiers." Natsumi says. She leans closer to whisper to him. "And, y'know, the material use changes what the suit will look like. If you're crushing as hard as you look like you're crushing, maybe you could give Mattea some materials and 'advice' as a seasoned veteran... especially if you want to see her in something in particular. If that's the type of person you are..." Natsumi grins at Tai as she backs up.
"What are you whispering about...?" Mattea asks accusingly.
Natsumi waves her hands innocently. "Nothing, nothing. Just advice."
"So are we going to hunt down some more or not?" Buttons asks.

Tai stretches out a bit. "Ah, fuck that. We got what we need, why take more?"
He walks over to Mattea. "Oh yeah, I picked a few of these up the other day so you take one for a modifer." He hands her a leathery wing not the most romantic present.

Morgan tries her best to talk.
"Gah her hands are so soft and she is so gentle,". "Then again would she be so willing to talk to me or get this close if she knew the truth,". "Then again I don't want to chase away anyone, like I chased away my family,".
"All my relatives on my dad side disowned me as soon as he did,". "My mom's side well since she was cutoff I never really got a chance to know them,". "I was lucky to find Aunt Sheila,". "I will tell them one day and pray to whoever that they still want me around afterwards," Morgan thinks while being petted,".
"This Mercia person was she the reason Tia was so sad when I first met you?". "Also is she the reason why Alice is in the hosptial?".
"Somnis I know I just met you recently and this whole other world stuff is brand new,". "I just want to let you know that I am here to help you and Ms Tia in anyway I can,". "I don't know much about this Mercia person but if she's doing the things she's been doing so far,". "I don't give a dam what her intentions are no one has the right to cause undo harm, kill innocent beings, or take hostages,". "I am here for both of you and anyway I can help just let me know," Morgan says while trying to avoid the fact her face is probably as red as the sea right now.

Arcadia takes a moment to catch her breath, her breathing a little heavy. "D-Damn, that could have gone better... I'll have to put in more work next fight. I'm still rarin' to go for more, I swear, but I wouldn't mind some new armor..."

You manage to gather 5 pretty, pretty prismatic ores... and a lot of rocks. You look over at Tom. He's having less luck, with 2 prismatic ores.
Arcadia
"Well, getting armor was the entire reason we're here," Fox reminds you. "So... Oh, it looks like Kiran's decided."
Kiran wanders over to Somnis, materials in-hand.
Tai
"Ew... Why are y- Oh, for crafting. Sorry. Thanks." Mattea gingerly takes the wing. "So I guess you want me to use it? Alright, fine. Guess I'll play along and be your little guinea pig."
Morgan
"Wait a second..." Somnis says. "Hm... What you just said." She continues petting you as she pauses to think.
Tia cocks her head and flicks out her tongue. Which you now notice is very clearly forked.
"I mentioned that Alice was injured in an elevator accident, right? But... Could Mercia have done that?" Somnis' petting intensifies as she thinks. "Fox and Katie and Dewey and I went into the portal soon after it opened, and she was waiting for us inside... And with how long we talked and based on when Alice was injured, did she possible have a chance to leave the otherworld in time to sabotage anything...?"
Tia hisses again. Annoyed. "Who caressssss? It wasssss at her command, at the very least..."
"I wonder..." Somnis goes back to the thoughtful petting. "If Mercia wanted us to do our dirty work for her, why would she have incapacitated one of our most experienced explorers?"
"Because Alice could have figured out another way to save Laura!" Tia suggests.
"Hmmmmm... Oh, hey." Somnis' conversation gets cut off by the arrival of Kiran and Mattea.
Morgan, Tai (and anyone else who wants to join)
Kiran shows Somnis the materials he wants to use. "Hm... Well, I won't stop you, but... I think maybe we need to use one of the fish eyes?"
"Oh. Can I not use this wing?" Mattea asks.
"You can use up to three, and they don't have to be the same."
"Great! I'll go first, then. Um... What do I do?" Mattea stands there, holding 5 light scales, 2 fish eyes, and a bat wing.
"Well, you can't do it with your armor on. So first, turn off your soul key..." Somnis instructs. She lets Morgan go and pulls out the same materials, minus the wing. Mattea follows along with her. "Now, we're going to take these things and press them against the key while thinking about armor, starting with the main components - the scales. As the new armor's forming, touch the other stuff there really quick. OK? If you're slow, you'll have to fight a bunch more fish to get more stuff."
"Yeah, yeah. I get it!" Mattea says. She reverts to her bikini, noticeably shrinking in height, then holds up her key and touches the scales to it. The key absorbs them and her armor reforms, but this time the dress is a bit different. The skirt is shorter, there are a pair of long sleeves, the back is filled in, and the whole patterned with what looks like several small scales. She presses one fish eye against the key as the armor is still glowing white. It picks up a faint blue glow. She presses another eye against it, and the structure changes. The sleeves detach and tighten into arm bands, her high heels elongate into something resembling swim fins, and the dress seems to tear into a two-piece swimsuit to bare her midriff. She touches the wing to the key, and fins pop out of her arm bands, and a larger pair on her back.
The armor solidifies into a solid form. "Wow... This feels really different." Mattea examines herself. She glances at Tai, then turns and strikes a pose. "But I still look damn sexy in this getup, huh?"

Dragon wings with speakers on them. Matches Levi's tail.
Levi takes multiple materials, using them to create a new set of armor and a new weapon. As the Soul Key reactivates, his tail returns and matching dragon wings sprout from his back. On the inner side of the wing, large speakers appear on the center with two smaller speakers trailing closer to the attachment point on Levi's back.
This is followed by Levi's skin being covered in rock, including his tail and wings. A powerful burst of steam comes out of the cracks in the rocks as Levi's eyes glow blue and scalding water begins to flow through the cracks.
This marks the day Levi will never be able to think anything is strange. He is now a winged dragon person made of rock. And to make things worse, this covers even less than the Fin Suit. Literally nothing.

Hmm I have enough for armor but I would like to get a little more material for a new weapon.
Looks like I only nees two more fish eyes to get to 5.
Does anyone want to join me in beating up some more fish or other materials please?
