Mallard will head over to the sword and examine the sword. Looking for any sort of clues or anything suspicious.

There's nothing suspicious about the sword itself, but the adjacent pillar has an empty slot a sword could fit in.

Mallard shrugs hmm excuse Ms. and Mr. Yoshi have either of you guys tried to put a sword into this pedestal next to this alter.
I have a sword I can try but I want to know if anyone tried to move this sword or put a sword into this pedestal first.

The woman pulls out a large dagger and jams it into the hole.
The pedestal begins making a noise. "(Click click click click bzzzzzt)"
You look around, but nothing happens.

Okay then lets split up and see if there is anything that looks like this sword over here.
If we find anything alert the others and then we will try it over here at the pedestal.
Also Ms. could I borrow one of your daggers I want to try something with the pedestal but I need to borrow a dagger.
