Learning match-ups is mostly either experiencing them firsthand or going out of your way to learn them via Smashboards or something of the sort.
As for sparring partner, I wouldn't mind helping when I'm not busy. I'm also not afraid of "coaching" you, or critiquing your gameplay if you'd prefer that.

i am back from exploring a cave. so i decided to test how good my ganondorf is on for glory and i fought this HORRIBLE Cloud player. you can tell this guy is a noob since he SHEILDED ON GANONDORF'S UP TILT and i won by ganoncide

i am back from exploring a cave. so i decided to test how good my ganondorf is on for glory and i fought this HORRIBLE Cloud player. you can tell this guy is a noob since he SHEILDED ON GANONDORF'S UP TILT and i won by ganoncide Sometimes I shield against Awkward when he uses shield breaking moves. But then he spends so much time goofing off I recover by the time anything could have happened. |

But then he spends so much time goofing off I recover by the time anything could have happened. what i did when i broke this guy's shield. i pushed him to the edge of the staged and then i did a ganoncide on him |

For Glory is not a place to test skill of any sort... That's like testing skill in an 8 Player Smash.
