"We've been here the whole time," the woman says. "And I think you have to pass through here to leave the basement."
"We haven't seen anyone like that pass through," the man says.
"Plenty of interesting places in the hospital, though!" the short man says.

You get in the elevator and head up to the helipad.
You find a large helipad, just as you expected.
The blue-haired lady who was in the lobby has come up here. She's petting a large, white pegasus. She gives you a glance as you arrive, waves, then goes back to petting her pegasus.
Another young woman, somewhere in her early 20's, is up here. She has long, black hair and is wearing a red dress with a white apron. She's holding a broom.
You look over the city. You can't see anything but a thick mist as far as you can see. You can't even make out the outline of nearby buildings.
