Beep creates a healing light around Clay, restoring 42 health. Abyss Black then continues to smack the Master of Ceremonies with his sword, dealing 1 damage. Clay chucks himself into the Master of Ceremonies, dealing 2 damage to it and 1 damage to himself. The Master of Ceremonies then charges forward, creating a splashing surge of water around itself as it crashes into everyone, dealing 5 damage to Abyss Black, 1 damage to Clay, and 7 damage to Beep.

Beep runs up to the Master of Ceremonies and smacks it with his cane, dealing 1 damage. Abyss Black follows and strikes at the Master of Ceremonies again for 1 damage. Clay looks around at the fight and realizes it's going nowhere. He turns around and runs away while flailing his arms around. The Master of Ceremonies jiggles around a bit before a wave crashes over the battlefield, dealing 4 damage to Abyss Black and 1 damage to Beep.

Beep continues to smack the Master of Ceremonies with his staff before Abyss Black charges in and stabs the same enemy. Both of them deal one damage before Abyss Black bounces off the Master of Ceremonies and crashes into the ground, receiving 1 damage. He's then run over by the giant blob and hit by a powerful splash of water for 22 damage.

I'm preemptively buying Purge for 200 Gold. Same thing mechanically as going to the shop and buying it, only from an in-universe perspective it happened some time prior to the start of the game so that she doesn't have to make a trip to the Cathedral when she first shows up (pretty much right after the purchase goes through).
