Clarification: Events can be tied to a specific role OR a specific NPC. Functionally it's the same since it would be the same character, but... Well, suffice to say there's a reason I'm wording it like that.

Very easy. Just a light warm-up before things start to get more interesting.

Source of Power: A cross necklace that Felix believes repels the paranormal. (Note: He's not religious at all)

Have you noticed some numbers not adding up, yet? THE WORLD also gets actions not tied to NPCs or roles. 3 per day. That get chosen before yours. Figuring out what all THE WORLD can do will really help you. You should probably discuss what you think THE WORLD can do during the between-loop discussion time.

More clarification.
-THE WORLD gets 3 actions a day, but may not use them all.
-THE WORLD can only target any given character with one action per day. It can't use all 3 on the same character.
-Some of THE WORLD's actions will only work once per loop. At least one of these powerful abilities can override player actions.
-Your 'Forbid' actions overrule both character's actions and THE WORLD's actions.

I'm game, but I'll have to come up with a character. Sounds like you're suggesting delinquents as a sort of theme to do with our characters? I can work with that, maybe I'll make a thuggish character with a magic ring stolen from an old gypsy or something. Someone who's kind of an anti hero and a jerk with a heart of gold, who's quick to pick a fight and does whatever he wants but who doesn't want to let anything bad happen to the town he calls home. Hell, even if we're not all three making a character like that I might go with that anyways, it's a character type I haven't done before.
