The vending machine twitches and bounces up and down a bit. Then it spits out a dark looking blade. You got the sword Flameberg. Be careful though a strong and ominous aura is coming from it and those with weak minds or will can easily become warped and posses by the sword.
Inserts that creepy ass Piano from Mario 64. There there it can't hurt anyone anymore.

A strange-looking accordion. When you pull the sides apart, it opens a gaping maw full of sharp teeth. Plays incredibly creepy music, and when thrown at someone (or tastes a piece of them, including their blood) it will pursue them relentlessly.
If given alcohol, it will stop pursuing its current target and become docile once more.
The actual piano keys look like staring eyes.
I insert an ender chest, a pokeball, a force-cage, an item block, and Azkaban.

You git the guide Voodoo doll. Equipping it allows you to kill guides. Burning it in Lava(and while you are In hell) Summons an ancient Demon.
Insert a Clothier Voodoo doll and some bones

The machine spits out the Tarot Card of Hermit. Oh and it also gives you Shrine Fox (from Persona 4). Neat
